The loneliest times
Are when you are surrounded by people
It is when everyone's talking
Smiling
Laughing
That you realize you're not
You realize how unhappy you are
You also realize
That no one else notices it
If they do
They don't ask
No one cares.
Not about me.
It is in those times
Where you are alone
Even though you're surrounded by people
You are alone
You notice that no one talks to you
You notice that no one smiles at you
You notice that you are always by yourself
It is when
You're in a crowded room
That you're truly alone
