"I'm thinking about adopting a little boy," Lucy said.

"A little boy?" Natsu asked, unsure if he heard her correctly.

"Yes a little boy," Lucy said.

"Lucy, you know I would love that, but we can't have one," Natsu said, sadly.

"Why not?" Lucy asked, confused.

"Because I said so," Natsu said. That wasn't true. He wanted a son really badly.

"Fine," Lucy looked down and walked out.

Natsu sighed and followed the blonde.

"Lucy, I love you," he said, wrapping his arms around her.

"Yeah, sure you do. You've become more of an asshole since you've worked at the bar. I don't think we should even be together if you keep doing this. I want that little boy to have a happy life and not be in an orphanage," Lucy yelled. "It's always what you want. It's never what I want. Natsu, Nashi and I live here too. We are family. We are supposed to make decisions that would change us and in this case make a child happy. I love you, I really do, but you can't do just tell me no when I know you want a little boy."

Natsu removed his arms and thought about what his best friend had said.

"You have become an asshole ever since I started dating him. You're supposed to be supportive. You're supposed to be happy for me. I don't think you should be my best friend..."

Natsu had tears fall from his eyes as he fell to his knees. He put his head in his hands and cried. He couldn't lose someone he loved so much. Not again.

"I'm sorry," he whispered. Lucy looked at Natsu concerned. She was confused. She was scared. She was upset.

"I can't lose you. I can't lose you too," he said, wiping his tears away. "I love you too much. We'll have a new Dragneel."

"We will?" Lucy asked.

"We will," Natsu said, getting up off the floor. He opened his arms for a hug. Lucy walked over and returned the hug.

"Come on, let me meet him," Lucy said, walking over to get Nashi. Natsu got his shoes and coat on since it was winter. Lucy got hers and Nashi's stuff on and walked over to Natsu.

~Time skip because I have no idea what I'm doing~

Natsu entered the building first. He held the door open for Lucy, who was holding Nashi.

Lucy walked up to the desk.

"Can we see, Luke?" Lucy asked.

"He's right behind you," the lady smiled.

"Hi Miss Lucy," Luke said, hugging her legs.

"Hello Luke. This is my husband Natsu and the little girl is my daughter Nashi," Lucy smiled.

"Oh..." was all Luke said. He had a frown. On his face, he had sadness. He looked down and started to walk away.

"What if you came home with us?" Natsu asked. He had a gentle smile and his hand extended.

"Really?" Luke looked up, a hopeful look in his eyes.

"Of course," Lucy said. Luke ran into the arms of Natsu and started crying.

"I would love to go home with you," he cried. Natsu hugged the little boy close.

"Let's go home," Lucy said, taking Natsu's hand.

"Yeah, let's go home."
