I was still laying in the backseat of the Impala when I woke up again. I was still underneath the trench coat. It's warmth helped me sleep through the pain my arm and leg were giving me. Nobody was in the car anymore. They were all standing outside.

"Don't wake her. She needs rest," I heard Cas's muffled voice through the car door.

"Well why can't we just take her inside?" Dean replied to Cas. I could tell he was irritated.

"Leave her be," Cas said. After that I heard nothing. I just wanted my arm and leg to stop hurting. The pain was driving me crazy and I couldn't fall back asleep. I tried to open the door of the Impala but my arm was stiff in an uncomfortable position. I had to use my left arm to sit myself up and open the door. I didn't even try to stand. I knew it wouldn't end well. Cas was gone. Sam saw me and ran over to help me get out of the car. I still couldn't move my leg or arm.

Sam carried me inside an old house. He sat me down on the couch and started examining my arm. He said it was probably broken.

"You need to get to a doctor," he said. You think I don't know that?

"Okay. Help me to the car?" I asked. Sam carried me back to the car and set me in the backseat. He went back inside to get the keys from Dean. He was gone for a while. I was looking out the window trying to see if Sam was coming back yet. *whoosh* I heard a strange sound and turned to my right. It was Cas.

"You aren't okay," he said to me like he didn't notice when I fainted.

"No. Sam thinks I broke my arm. He didn't look at my leg but he is taking me to the hospital."

"He doesn't need to do that," the angels gruff voice had a calming affect. He reached for my arm. Not to take me somewhere. Just to touch it. I didn't move. When his fingers touched the wound, the pain stopped. He did the same to my leg. I felt like a dummy, staring at him like he was a two-headed snake. He looked at me for a while, too. The silence was broken by Sam's footsteps on the gravel.

"Ready?" He asked me. I rolled up my sleeve to show him the wound was gone, "uh, cool. I guess we don't have to go to the hospital anymore."

"I guess not," I said through a light chuckle. I just noticed I was still wearing the trench coat. It was big on me and dragged on the ground when I walked. I am only 5'3" and I would assume Cas is at least 6'0" so it makes since. We entered the house. The floorboards squeaked when I stepped.

"So, how 'bought that beer?" Dean asked

"Yeah, okay," he opened a beer and handed it to me. I took a drink and felt the cold liquid run down my throat. It was refreshing. I hadn't had anything to drink since the bar. I remembered I didn't know where we were exactly.

"Where are we?" I asked after taking another drink of the beer.

"Montana," Dean replied in his usual deep voice.

"Got any books?"

"Yeah but there all about lore," Sam said handing me a book with a thick spine. It's cover was dusty and the title was scratched out. I couldn't read some of it because it was in a different language.

"What language is this?" I asked them.

"Enochian, we can't read it but angels can," Sam replied. I read all the pages in English. It was interesting. The book consisted of exorcisms, spells, and drawings of different symbols. I looked at the other books but I didn't read anymore. Dean took one last drink of his beer and got up.

"Well, we still don't know why demons want to kill her," Dean seemed angry. He was probably just pissed because I had been with them for a week now and nobody knew why. I had the feeling Cas might know because he was the one that brought me here.

The sun was setting and it was chilly in the cabin. I found a throw blanket and curled up on the couch. It wasn't anything compared to my bed at home but it was good enough. I wasn't tired anymore.

I watched the sunset. It was something I always loved to do as a kid. The colors were beautiful and mesmerizing but at the same time calming. I liked to watch the sunrise, too. I remember sitting on our front porch with our dog and listening to the birds sing in the morning. I used to be a hippie like my parents but I decided I wanted my life to go in a different direction. I made some major changes. I cut my hair to just below my chin and dyed it a lavender color, I started listening to rock music, and I started wearing darker clothes. I think it was a bit dramatic but it was good for me. It helped me learn who I was.

I must have been day dreaming because I was startled when I heard Sam calling my name.

"AJ," he said, "AJ! Wake up. You need to shower, how long has it been? Two, three days?" I agreed with him. I got up and took a shower. It was short but I felt clean again afterwords. My hair was still dripping wet when we started to leave a few minutes later.

"Where are we going this time?" I asked reluctantly.

"Just into town to get some breakfast. You coming?" Dean asked me.

"Uh, yeah I guess," I followed them to the Impala. Still in the same outfit. Cas left his trench coat but I didn't want to get it dirty so I folded it up and put it on the table. I ordered coffee and a blueberry muffin, Sam just got coffee, and Dean got three waffles and a side of bacon. The bacon looked really good so I stole a piece off of Deans plate.

"Hey!" Dean raised his voice. I didn't care, I wanted bacon. I ate it and took another piece. He had a whole plate of it.

Sam scoffed, "Is the bacon good?" I nodded my head. When we left Dean threw a $20 on the table. We hopped back in the Impala and headed back to the old house.
