Chapter 3-

Kellin's POV:

I awoke the next morning to the sound of gun shots. I quickly sprung up to my feet. I took my gun out of my holster and I pointed it in front of me. I was about to walk slowly around the corner when Vic jumped out and startled me. I screamed shortly and I tried to catch my breath.

"Oh hey, you're up." he said sarcastically.

"You almost gave me a fucking heart attack. What happened?" I asked, putting my gun back in it's place.

"Oh, some zombies came in and I had to kill them. You're lucky they walked over to my side, I'm a light sleeper. I'll wake up if I hear a fly go by my ear, but I can tell that you can sleep through things. That's not very good." he said. I rolled my eyes.

"Well I didn't ask for that to happen. So do you want to go?" I asked. He looked at the entrance of the store.

"Um, yeah sure. Take your food or whatever else you need." he said. We gathered up our stuff as we walked out. As we exited the store I looked to my right and saw a motorcycle. I tapped Vic and he looked at it too.

"We must've not noticed it last night." I said.

"Yeah." he said.

"You know how to drive one?" I asked.

"Yep. We just have to see if there's gas in it." he said. He walked over and started checking it, "Oh wow, it's full on gas. I guess the person who had it died before he could get away." he said.

"So can you hot wire it or something?" I asked.

"Maybe, hold on." he said. He took a bunch of tools out of his bag and he began to do some mechanic stuff. I was never good with tools or anything so I had no idea what was going on.

"How do you know how to do this?" I asked.

"Well, over the summer my ex-boyfriend had gotten me a job at a car place so I could make some money for the family. It didn't really come to use but in a way it did considering I know how to do stuff like this." he said.

"Boyfriend?" I asked.

"Yeah, if you got something against gays then you can just walk away right now." he said not looking at me. He was still working on the motorcycle.

"No, no it's not that. It just came as a shock to me that I would find someone else who's gay out of all the alive people in the world. You didn't really look like you'd be gay." I said.

"Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I need to look or act like it. You don't look gay either." he said.

"I know, sorry, that's not what I meant." I said trying to fix the stupid sounding words coming out of my mouth.

"You sound nervous, am I making you nervous?" he asked flirtatiously.

"No." I rolled my eyes. He looked at me and stood up to face me.

"I bet I'm turning you on right now." he said with a devilish yet adorable smile. He got closer to me so we were face to face, but I was a bit taller.

"Shut up. Get over yourself." I said. He smiled and attended back to the motorcycle.

"Sounds like high school all over again." he said. I rolled my eyes and didn't say anything back. As he was fixing it a zombie walked out from behind the store. I walked over to it and I stabbed it in the head. I pulled the knife out and it collapsed to the floor. Just then, I heard deadly moans coming from the side of the store. I turned the corner and saw at least 20 zombies standing there trudging around. When they noticed me they began limping towards me.
