As Remus walked in between Lily and Dorcas, he knew it was a mistake.

Instead of talking with him, Dorcas engaged in a conversation with lily.
Leaving him to lean and find out what Sirius was up to.

It could be something simple like stalking lily as a favour to James to planning to murder someone.

That latter one sounded awfully extreme.

That's when it hit him. It had been too obvious. The looks outside as if waiting for someone and the changing of seats.

'Got stood up, huh siri?' he asked before sitting down.

Sirius's face turned into a weird unreadable expression.
Then it turned normal.

Within that instance, lily's boyfriend had coughed and rushed off muttering something.

'Totally'. Sirius's reply came a million years later.

'Its not what you think with .. her.' Remus said twirling his eyes towards Dorcas.

'Uhm okay. I think I need to—'

'You don't get it. We are just friends.' Remus said.

'I totally get it.' Sirius said.

'So who stood you up?'
'Um I don't think—'

'Don't be so shy.' Remus said.
'Um rowlette.' Sirius said. 'Yeah, now can i—'

'Rowlette stood you up? What—'

'Yeah, I think that's enough—' Sirius started to get up being stopped by Remus.

'What is your fucking question, now Remy?' Sirius harshly whispered.

'Dont worry. I won't tell James.' and with that he went to picking on his food.

Sirius didn't no what to say. Instead he did what he wanted to do.

He got up and went to the counter. After a while he ordered, two cans of coke.

After drinking them in quick gulps, he wiped his face. Then headed towards the bathroom.

'What took you so long?' James hissed.

'Remus was throwing questions at me.' Sirius said wiping the last specks of beer of his face.

After Sirius walked off, Remus tried to listen to what the two of them were talking about.

'—and then— the— and that's about it, right Remus?' Dorcas ended.

'Yeah.' He muttered no idea what she was saying.

His eyes drifted off to Sirius who had come out of the restroom, hoodie over his head and wearing sunglasses, hands in pockets.

Sirius didn't look at him.
With a quick look around his surroundings, he exited.
