The story starts with Remus losing the love of his life. And he flashes back to a previous time...
Sirius was alone in the car. Driving at a speed which was way beyond the speed limit.
But there weren't no cops anywhere near.
He didn't know where he was. But he kept driving.
It was dark.

Suddenly a bus was coming at him from the other end, and he took a swift turn into some bridge, narrowly escaping death's clutches.
The car was spinning as he halted the breaks, but he couldn't control the car anyone.
He knew he had a few seconds before the car felt underwater, so he opened the door of the car and jumped as the car went straight over the bridge into the water.
Sirius sighed a breath of relief, as he was okay other than a few cuts.
But the bridge was shaking. He was at the very edge. His wand was somewhere on the other side.
He tried to get into the middle but lost balance. With a few moments, riding along the edge of death, he managed to come in the middle of the bridge.

He stood up, and breathed a heave of relief. The very next second a car crashed into him. *** [Present] 'What are you gambling on?' Remus asked. 'Money, duh.'
'James, I hate to break it to you but you should use your galleons wisely, not in crap like this.'
'I am just living a little. Cheer up.' James said throwing in another ten galleons.
Remus looked Sirius drinking, and playing pool in the corner of the room.
'What should I do?' Remus asked Sirius walking up to him. 'Whatever you want.' Sirius shrugged, aiming his best.
