Shino x Reader

*Takes place before shippuden and chunin exams, reader is on Shino's team.*

Third Person Pov.

You were currently training one on one with Kurenai, while the others were training among themselves. While you were sparring with her, Kurenai asked to you, "So when are you going to tell him?" You stopped, confused, so you replied, "What do you mean?" She sighed, pulled you next to her, her arm around you, and she simply pointed to Shino while his back was turned. You blushed and started trying to stutter out an answer to Kurenai. You eventually managed to mutter out, "Never, he doesn't feel the same..." Kurenai sighed, and told you, "You can't know that for certain if you don't tell him." She walked over to Shino and the others, but before she could do anything, you can off into the woods to get away from everything. After a minute you leaned against a tree and sat down with a sigh. A minute later you hear a soft buzzing that slowly grows louder. You turn towards the sound and see Shino. A blush emerges on your face and you start stuttering a bunch of nonsense. He sits down next to you and rests his head on your shoulder. He softly says, "I like you too." He wraps he arm around you and pulls you closer. You rest your head on his, and the two of you slowly dose off. Later Kurenai, Kiba, and Hinata are walking through the forest and they spot you and Shino. Kurenai just chuckles and continues walking with the rest of the team. Kiba and Hinata look at the two of you and smile, continuing to walk away.
