Choji x Reader

Choji's Pov
I was laying on a field next to Shikamaru staring at the clouds. We were sitting in a comfortable silence when Shikamaru spoke up. He said, "Hey Choji, when are you gonna confess to (y/n)?" I frowned and replied to him, "I'm not going to, she won't feel the same way. I mean look at me. Besides it looks like she has a crush on Kiba." Shikamaru sighed and told him, "This is such a drag, you're a good guy Choji, she would be lucky to have you." I didn't know what to say to that, so I remained silent. I closed my eyes for a minute to think. After a minute I felt someone sit next to me. I didn't think anything of it until Shikamaru said, "Oh hey (y/n)." My eyes quickly shot open and I saw her. The sunlight hit her in a perfect way, making her look even more beautiful than she already was. She spoke aloud, "Hey Shika-chan, and hey Choji-kun." I felt a small blush on my face. She laid down next to me and I mumbled a quiet hello to her. Shikamaru got up and said, "I'll be back, I have something I have to do." He walked away, leaving me alone with her. It was silent for a moment before she started talking. "I have a crush on you Choji," She said to me, "Kiba is my cousin, nothing more, so don't worry." Before I could say anything she layed down closer to me, and rested her head on my chest. I smiled and put my arm around her smaller form, and she sighed in content. I told her, "I'm glad that you feel the same way." I decided not to question why she felt this way, so that I didn't ruin it. She looked up at me and gently kissed my lips. I hesitantly kissed her back. We pulled away and she gave me one of her gorgeous smiles. She layed her head back on my chest, while we both stared at the clouds.

Third Person Pov.

Shikamaru came back to see (y/n) and Choji kissing. He left again so that he did not disturb them. But he smiled to himself, glad that things worked out.
