Pam's POV
9:50 am, SM Dormitory
Jordan had nagged so much about how the clothes I was wearing "wouldn't make a good first impression" and blah blah blah. All I did was roll my eyes and tell him that we only had ten minutes left to head for the meeting. We left his room and asked around for directions to the venue of our meeting before rushing in hope of being early for the meeting.
We entered the conference room as quick as lightning to discover Mr Lee Soo Man sitting at the table flipping through some files. Yes, I was not kidding, Lee Soo Man, right in front of me. He looked up from his papers and glanced between Jordan and I before smiling. "Well hello there, I'm Lee Soo Man. I don't think I really much more introduction do I..." He chuckled. I blinked and turned to Jordan just to catch him swallowing a lump in his a throat.
"Hi...Hi...I mean good morning Mr Lee..." He stammered. I barely managed to bow without falling on my knees. I was trembling like crazy.
"Well aren't you two fairly early for the meeting today? The rest of the trainees are not even here yet!" Mr Lee beamed. He didn't really seem so serious, like what they publicise. He seems like a nice man. "Well, I like people who are punctual, now now just get seated first and we'll wait for the other trainees to come." Jordan and I both nodded out head at his words and immediately sat down.
After a while, trainees started to enter the room. A good-looking boy around my age sat next to me. He looked at me for a moment before smiling and nodding his head in acknowledgement. I smiled back. "Good morning to you trainees! I am Lee Soo Man, Director of SM Entertainment. I hope that you will look forward to the trainings that you will have! Firstly, let's get started by a round of introduction!" Mr Lee said brightly and looked at me to start the introductions.
"Hello everyone, my name is Pamela but you can call me Pam. I'm 12 this year so please take good care of me!" I smiled. The boy next to me stood up and introduced himself next. "Good morning! My name is Park Jisung! I'm 13 turning 14 this year! Hope to make some new friends!" He seemed really friendly.
Everyone continued to introduce themselves while Mr Lee looked at them like they were his grandchildren.
"All right, now let's get down to business shall we? As you know if you would like to work in SM, whether a trainee artist or a trainee manager, you have to sign a contract with us, so that is what we are doing today. I will go through the terms of the contract and we will have a mass signing session. Okay, let's start!"
After that Mr Lee droned on and on about the contract details, however I barely managed to catch a part about relationships. "You are not allowed to date anyone at all, trainee or idol or not. You may only do so when you are above 25."
So we weren't allowed to date. Oh well, it's fine by me!
Soon the session ended and Jordan and I both walked back to our rooms.
"Hey Pam wanna hang around my room for the time being? Like just a while! Pleaseeee...." Jordan begged. I agreed and we headed to his dorm room.

Mark's POVSM Dance Practice Room, 10:00 am
"Mark! Why can't you just get that step right! It's just one simple move! How are you going to outshine the other trainees huh? Do you think this is the way? Well I'm telling you it's not!" Andrew screamed at me again. It's not my fault that I had short legs and can't kick properly.
I felt like giving up, but yet I knew I couldn't. I cannot give up my dream, and I also can't give up all the money my parents gave me to fulfill this dream. Well they weren't exactly my birth parents but it didn't matter cause they give me love that is something I could never refuse.
Well I don't really remember my time in the orphanage, and I don't want to. I don't want to remember all the bad memories of breaking down when I remembered how my real parents died. I don't even remember the name of the girl who was my best friend there. But, I don't need to know, and I don't want know anymore. I tried hard to forget and I'm not going to waste all that effort by trying to remember.
But the one thing I could never forget was what I promised my Best Friend and I swore to never break it. That I would debut and send her a letter after that.
Is she still in the orphanage? I didn't know, but I would still send it anyways.
Sigh, back to practice it is.
