Chapter 5

Pamela's POV

Miss Eve was acting really weird ever since that call... I think I should tell Rachel about what I felt already, since we are the only people here. 

"Hey Rachel, I've got something to tell you."

Miss Eve's POV

Lift Lobby

I stormed towards him after the girls entered the lift doors closed with the girls in it.

"Awww... look who's angry! So cute!" he smirked.

I had the sudden urge to slap his face, so I did. 

He looked at me, stunned, his hand on his cheek.

"Serve you right for all the things you've done you horrible man." I retorted after the slap, not noticing the crowd that was forming around us. 

He suddenly grabbed my hand and shoved his way through the crowd. He brought me to a quiet corridor and let go of my hand. 

He said," Okay, look Eve. All I want to do is at least see Pamela before I move to Switzerland. I mean, I'm her father, I have the right to see her."

I shook my head in response and snapped," Oh yeah, don't forget that you were an unfaithful father that fooled around with other women when she was a baby! Do you still not understand the reason why I decided to leave you and start afresh with the orphanage? Do you know that till now, she doesn't know what happened to her parents?"

All he did was stare at me, then he looked down. 

" I really didn't know Eve, I'm sorry. " He replied quietly.

" You should be, now hand me the funds and we are done. Forever."

Pamela's POV

I had just finished talking with Rachel when Miss Eve opened the door and came in. She was holding a brown envelope that looked very heavy. 

"Hello girls, sorry for leaving you just now, its just that..... that there were some problems with my keycard and I had to get it fixed with the receptionist. My apologies." Miss Eve said.

"It's ok, it's ok." Rachel and I said.

After that we unpacked our luggage and I continued to practice my songs for the audition. I was actually starting to feel pretty nervous. It was in 2 days time!

Whilst unpacking our luggage, Miss Eve and Rachel carefully evaluated on my singing, making sure that I knew where I lacked in and needed slightly more practice.

"I can't wait to head to Gangnam tomorrow! We are going to the real SM building!" Rachel exclaimed.

Miss Eve and I just shook our heads and sighed in unison.

Hey guys its the horrible author of this book that did not update in like legit half a year! I'm really sorry guys, I really wanted to give up on this book, but then EXO decided to release MONSTER and I almost cried just because of Kai & Lay high-fiving.

Apologies to those who kept waiting and thank you to that one reader out there that actually read my whole book faithfully. Idk who u r but thanks a lot, it means a lot to me.
