When You Walked In

TWENTY I| "Look you're on tv!"

"Kaiiiiiiiiiii," I groan, lazily following behind him

"Yes?" He asks, not turning around

"Can we please go home," I wrap my hands around his neck, as he drags me along

"Ava, we just got here," He says, unwrapping my hands and bringing me to his side, intertwining our hands

"$10,000!" I gasp, checking the price of a dress we walked passed, "I think I saw a similar one in forever21 for like $30. We could just go there,"

"That's designer,"

"That's designer, my ass," I mimic, "I get it you got tons of money and looking for things to spend it on but please, don't waste it on me,"

"I'm spending it on you, not wasting it," He gives me a knowingly look and continues to walk ahead

I really do appreciate Kai buying my a dress and all but, I really don't want him to spend so much on a dress that I'll probably wear once in my whole lifetime.

"Hello sir, how may I help you?" A lady dressed very elegantly in a black dress greets us

"I'm looking for a dress for my girl-girlfriend," he smiles proudly, "It's for a wedding,"

"Do you have a budget?"

"Yes-"

"No," he says over me

This son of Squidward!

"Kai come on," I whisper, tugging his hand

"Here," he releases me, pushing me in front of him

"What kind of dress are you looking for?"

What kinds are there?

"Long," So I could wear my trainers

"Well, follow me," she walks ahead,

I turn around to find Kai walking to the corner to take a seat, I glare at him mouthing, 'you'll regret this,'

I continue to follow the women, walking past the section full of long and colourful dresses, and enter literal winter wonderland, since all these dresses were white.

Erm...

"I have the perfect dresses for you, they would look fabulous on you," she grabs a bunch of dress from each rack, talking about each one while she goes.

"Let's go!"

Why she so happy?

She hands me my first dress, which was a beautiful sleeveless long white dress, the back (tail) was hella long.

"Erm I thi-"

"Please try it, I'm sure it'll look great," she pleads

God damn it!

She refuses to let me see myself in the mirror. until I've put the dress on. Before I would say anything, she runs out, god knows where.

From the dress I knew straight away that this was indeed a wedding dress, still wanting to see how I look, I walk down the short aisle, with a massive mirror at the end of it.

Wow!

"Are you-wow!" I hear Kai gasp, his reflection beside mine in the mirror

I catch him, literally checking me out, through the mirror since I still had my back to him
