"Gabbi, Sweetheart. I need to talk to you" Dad softly speaks as he takes a seat next to me

I turn the TV off and nod ok.

"I have just been informed some sad news which I need to tell you about"

"What is it?"

"Your mother has died"

I stare at him in shock, "She's dead?" I ask quietly

"Yeah, I'm so sorry little one"

"But we didn't say goodbye and she's gone away. For good"

Dad pulls me onto his lap and I rest my head on his chest

"How?"

"You know who. She tried to leave but he didn't let her. They argued and as a result she got killed"

"He's the bad man she said to me about when I was little. Why didn't I figure that out. I figured Peter out"

"You was little"

"I knew He was a bad man, when I got older I should've put two and two together"

"Dumbledore managed to get this and wanted you to have it"

He hands me a frame and I turn it over and softly smile at the photo (Top)

"I remember this photo shoot. I got tired and fell asleep during our break. That's when the photo got taken"

Dad kisses my head and hugs me

"I wish I could've seen her one last time"

"She's always going to be watching you from Heaven"

"Dad"

"Yes?"

"Why is he back? Hasn't he done enough damage?"

"He's a clever person, a horrible yet clever person. He thrives on causing damage, it makes him happy. He hasn't finished his task though"

"Harry will kill him first, Harry is clever too. Stupid on times but he's clever and already fought him off a few times"

"That is true"

"Can you promise me something?"

"Anything"

"Promise you won't leave me"

"I'll never leave you little one, I promise"

"I promise to never leave you too" I smile and kiss his cheek "I love you Dad"

"I love you too"

I hug him again then we decide on having pizza and muggle disney movies tonight. I love nights like these, they make great memories.
