Natsu's P.O.V

"Hey Natsu~"

I slowly opened my eyes, the droopiness still weighing within me. My eyesight was still pretty blurred, and all I could see was something blonde in front of me.

Blonde?

I rubbed at my eyes and blinked them twice, my vision finally becoming more clear. Lucy was on top of me, trying to wake me up for a new day. I looked around, and I was on the couch. Huh, looks like I slept in the living room last night.

"L...Lucy? What are you doing here?" I groaned as I sat up straight on the couch. She was now sitting in between my outstretched legs.

Lucy touched my face and slowly rubbed her thumb across my cheek in a comforting way. She slid her arms around my neck, breathing into it.

"You up already~?" She slurred. My cheeks started to heat up. What was going on? Lucy buried her face in my neck and my breath hitched. She let out a melodic hum before traveling her pursed lips up my face. When she reached it, she started... Licking my cheeks?

She started to lick all over my face and meowed once in a while. Purrs came deep from her throat and she rubbed her hair all over my shoulders and neck.

I shot open my eyes, screaming hysterically from the vision. Once my brain woke up, I noticed my cat licking my face and walking all over me as I sat breathing heavily on the bed.

"...HAPPY!" I shouted in distress. I held my blue cat up in the air and place him down on the ground. Happy just meowed annoyingly and walked out the door. I sighed and covered my face with both hands. I knew I was flushing as pink as my hair and that irritated me. What the Mavis was that dream? It was like Lucy was...my...girl....girrrrrr......

I groaned and flopped back on the bed. Since when was I so in love that I became mentally ill?

I rolled over to my side and checked my digital clock laying on my side desk. 11:37 am. I panicked and got up, scurrying over to my closet and shuffling into my school clothes. Since when did I oversleep so late?! Crap, Gildarts is gonna kill me! I looked over at my clock on the desk and cursed at it, "Stupid clock for not waking me up any sooner! "

I threw away the messy blankets from the bed to find my phone and I quickly dialed Juvia's number. The ringing from the other side made me think of how embarrassing it would be to go to school this late, with an excuse saying that I had overslept. Gray's gonna laugh for sure, I know it... What would Lucy think? She's gonna think I'm a complete idio-

"Hello?"

"Juvia! You're there! What do I do, I woke up late! Why didn't you call me?" I replied through the phone. I heard shuffling from the other end, and then a sigh.

"What do you mean...?" Her voice sounded tired. I opened my mouth in confusion, did she wake up late too?

"What do you mean 'what do you mean'? I'm late for school, duh!" I called back, giving the last knot to my tie as my phone laid between my ear and shoulder. There was a groan from the other end and then more shuffling. It sounded like bed sheets.

"Natsu... Have you gone mad? It's Saturday."

I froze in my spot, my hands clenching onto my tie while my jacket fell from hanging on my arm.

"Say what?"

"It's Saturday, Natsu. If you're worried about waking up late, your far from it. The party's at six thirty, if you didn't know," Juvia ended sarcastically.
