You lied

Chapter 7

"I never got you back for what you did at the beach." Natsu's face heated up. "Ah...w-what?" Natsu looked at Gray. Gray then pinned Natsu against the nearest building. "W-what are you-Mhm?" Natsu was cut off by a soft pair of lips. He looked with wide eyes as Gray kissed him. Natsu then melted into the kiss and kissed back. Their lips were in sync perfectly. Natsu slipped his tongue into Gray's mouth. Their tongues fought for dominance. When they broke apart their faces were dark red and saliva was connecting their lips. Natsu stared shocked at Gray. Gray covered his mouth with his hand. "S-sorry, I-I gotta go." Gray walked away from the blushing fire dragon slayer. "G-Gray...m-me....WHAT THE HELL?!" Natsu grabbed his head and freaked out. He ran to the hotel to look for Lucy. When Natsu made it to the hotel he kicked the door off the hinges. "I NEED LUCY HEARTFILIA NOW!" Everyone was staring at him and his red face. "Natsu?" Lucy stood up. "Talk, right now!" He grabbed Lucy's wrist and dragged her upstairs.

Natsu shoved her into their bedroom. "What are you doing?" Lucy asked fearfully. "I'm not raping you." Natsu rolled his eyes. "What's up? Your face is red and you have saliva on your chin." Lucy touched Natsu's face and inspected it. "Gray...Gray and I...kissed." Lucy face drained of color. "What?" She asked. "Well it was more of we...*gulp*....made out." Lucy couldn't keep i in anymore. "Gratsu! Hell yes!" She jumped into the air and had a big smile on her face. "W-what?" Lucy froze, mid-air. "Uh..." 

"Lucy." Natsu glared. "BYE!" Lucy quickly ran out the door. "Lucy Layla Heartfilia, get back here!"

~With Gray~

"You are a freakin idiot, stupid, moron." Gray was s##t shamming himself as he walked around the town. He put his hands in his pockets and continued to hate on himself. "What's got your panties in a twist?" Gray jumped at the sudden feminine voice. "Who's there?" Gray looked around by couldn't find anyone. "Down here, Shirtless." Gray looked at his chest and saw no fabric. "Aw man, and I was doing so well." Gray sighed but then heard laughter. "I like this one! Let's not kill him." The voice of a little girl said. "Kill me?" Gray yelped. Then four people floated up from the ground. One was the girl who asked Gray if he was okay, she had curly silver hair, and eyes the same color as Lucy's, she looked about 20. There were two kids, about 12-14 years old and boy and girl, with neon blue hair and pink eyes, and finally, a man about 20 as well with red eyes and purple-brown hair. They all had weapons in hand. The woman had a dagger, the twins shared swords, and the man had a pistol.

"Help! Murderers! Wait...I'm a wizard." Gray held up his hands. "Cool it, we were only gonna kill you because we're a struggling family." The man said. "I'm Arthur and this is my wife, Detail." He pointed to the silver haired girl. "Sup, these are our adopted kids, Yuko and Aki." The kids waved and hid the sword behind their backs. "So, what's your name?" Detail asked. "Gray, Gray Fullbuster. I'm in Fairy tail, we're in the GMG." Gray introduced himself. "Seems you have something bothering you. Honey, take the kids home. I'm gonna have a chat with our new friend." Arthur nodded and left with Yuko and Aki. "Come on, let's go to the bridge." Detail smiled.

Gray and Detail sat on the edge of the stone bridge over the river, talking. "So you and your family are poor and you kill people for money." Gray just finished listening to Detail's background. "Yep, what about you?" She asked Gray. "I lost my family to the demon Deliora when I was a little boy. I then met the ice make mage, Ur. She taught me magic along side a boy named Lyon. Then I was selfish and thought I was strong enough, I left to challenge Deliora. I couldn't defeat him and Ur had to save me. She gave her life away for me, and I'm forever grateful. Later I traveled and found Fairy tail. I joined and met many great people. Cana Alberona, Mirajane Strauss, Elfman Strauss, Levy McGarden, Lucy Heartfilia, Gajeel Redfox, Jellal Fernandes, Juvia Lockser, and Natsu Dragneel." Gray said Natsu's name with a smile and a blush. "Ah~ What's this? Is Gray in love with the one and only, Natsu Dragneel?" Detail teased Gray and made him blush. 

"You could put it like that." Gray said shyly. "Well I say, go for it! If you love him see if he feels the same way!" Detail encouraged him. "I think I will, someday." Gray whispered the last part. "Well I better get going. Need a lot of energy for tomorrow. I hope to see you again." Gray waved goodbye to Detail and waled to the hotel, his spirits raised again. When he walked in everyone was asleep. Gray sighed and walked to his room. When he opened the door Juvia was asleep on her bed in her underwear. Gray chuckled and went to sleep himself. The last thought he had before falling asleep was, 'If Natsu doesn't like me like that, why'd he kiss me back?'
