Today is the Quidditch tryouts which Ron is taking part in. I hope he's able to get a place because he will probably be grumpy the entire year if he isn't. Me and Lucy take a seat by Hermione who's nervous, she has a crush on Ron.
"He'll be fine and will get a place" I smile at Hermione
"I hope so, we'll never hear the end of it if he didn't"
When it get's to Ron's turn lets just say it wasn't a good sight. He looks like an elephant practicing to stand on a ball at the Circus. However, he got the place on the team. Only cause Hermione did a spell so he'd be the better choice compared to the other boy that tried out. She thought no one noticed but of course I did.
First Quidditch Match
"WEASLEY WEASLEY" I chant loudly along with everyone else in the Gryffindor stands
Ron is doing great, much better than he was at the tryouts. He hasn't let a single goal get scored so far. We ended up winning a game so after every victory us Gryffindors do what we do best, go and party.
"What on earth is she doing?" Lucy asks as we watch Ron and Lavender Brown kissing
"This is bad, very bad"
"Why?"
"Hermione likes him, like like him"
"Oh dear"
I turn and look around for her but I see the back of her walking out the room, I hope she's ok. The party went on until half 10 as McGonagall came to end the party. I can't wait to see Snape tomorrow to let him know that we won again.
Dark Arts Classroom
"So Severus, how was your day yesterday?" I smile as I sit on his desk
"It was a normal day"
"Did you see the match?"
"I did"
"And?"
"And what?"
"How did you celebrate your victory?" I grin
"There was no victory"
"Exactly, you should be celebrating that my house won"
"And why would I do that?"
"Because you like me"
"I tolerate you"
"Pfft yeah right, I'm your bestie and you know it"
"If that's what you want to believe Lupin, back to your seat"
I nod ok hopping off the desk and I take my seat as other students start to arrive.
