Gabrielle Lupin (Remus Lupin's Daughter) Book Three

You think you're safe inside the common room but you're not. As soon as the curfew arrives Carrows will begin to search the common rooms to make sure everyone is in their dormitory instead of the common room. Can't they just leave us all alone.

"We need to do something about it" Lucy sighs as she throws her hands up in frustration

"We can't" Ginny frowns

"Yes we can, let's start the DA again" Neville smiles

"Yeah and look how that ended" I pipe up

"It won't we will be stronger this time, we will help make a difference"

"I agree, lets do it" Seamus joins in

I'm hesitant for a short moment but I decide to re join Dumbledore's Army. I write a letter to Dad and tell him the news hoping he will reply me soon.

The following day I had a reply and some advice so I tell Neville it and we all pack up heading towards the Room of Requirement. I imagine it all then the door appears.

"We'll be safe in here" I say as I enter the room that's full of hammocks and beds.

"This is perfect" Ginny smiles

A few others leave to tell everyone except Slytherins that the DA is back on and how to get to the ROR.

Week Later

"We need to all learn dark spells" I announce

"Are you crazy? That's a death wish"

"The war is coming, They're going to use dark spells on us so we will need to do it back in order to win this. It's the only way"

"She's right" Seamus speaks as he comes and stands by me

I look at him and mouth a thank you

"And how do we learn this?" A random Ravenclaw asks

"You're in blue you should already know this. It's called a book"

I grab my wand and summon a load of books. "There isn't enough for everyone so some will have to share. We will get some targets to practice on in a few days once the Order has figured it out"

I walk back and sit on the desk looking at Lucy

"You ok?" She asks

"I'm encouraging them to kill yet I'm scared to even do it myself"

"Like you said they're using them on us. We really need to win and it's to keep yourself alive"

"I know that"

"We did learn something today though"

"What?"

"Seamus likes you"

"He does not"

"He so does, he was quick to get up and side with you"

"He just has the same opinion than me that's all"

"You keep believing that" She winks

I go over to my hammock and start thinking of what Lucy said. He has been siding with me a lot lately, he's also been talking to me more than normal this year. She can't be right. Now isn't the time to get into that sort of stuff. I won't allow it.
