"What is it like?" Teddy asks
"It's amazing, you will make friends for life there" I smile
"Harry" He smiles and hugs him
"Hey, sorry I'm late" Harry smiles
"It's fine"
"I hope I'm in Gryffindor or Hufflepuff"
"You will be in one of them for sure" Harry replies
"Right you need to get on the train mister" I say as I notice the time
He nods ok and says bye to the little ones then Harry and he hugs me "I'm going to miss you"
"I'll miss you too but we can write and I'll be here waiting when you return for Christmas"
"Ok"
"Right off you go, also tell Dad to write to me with the details about the house"
"Will do"
He leaves and gets onto the train. I can't believe he's about to start Hogwarts, it seems like yesterday he was learning to walk.
This is my life now, I'm still a happily married woman. We have twins; Lilly Grace and Katelyn Anne Potter ages 4 and then we have baby James Daniel who is 3 and a half months old. Both me and Harry work for the Ministry of Magic and to be honest life is great. Dad and Severus are still getting along like best of friends which I'm glad with.
Hermione and Ron got married and had kids, and here's a happy shocker for you. Severus is dating a woman.
After way too many years of being a bat he got over Lily and met Caroline. She's absolutely wonderful and words cannot describe how happy I am for Severus. He deserves this.
But the thing that makes me happy the most is Dad now being 100% confident and he no longer thinks negatively. He refuses to move on from Tonks as he has his job back and as he says he has me Teddy and his grandchildren to focus on instead of finding another partner. I'm not going to push him to find someone as he truly is happy and that is all that matters.
Gabrielle Lupin that little blonde girl who wanted to be a duck attended Hogwarts, graduated with all O's managed to secure a wonderful job and husband. I Gabrielle Potter am now a mother who managed to achieve her childhood dream, after a lot of hard work and patience from Minerva I can successfully turn into a duck.
I'm Gabrielle Potter and this is the end of my emotional roller coaster of a story. There have been many ups and downs with amazing people entering my life who I cannot live without. Great friendships and relationships have been formed.
