''Zayn!'' I shout when I see him on the corridors with Liam. They turn to look at me as I approach  running. ''I forgot to thank you, again.'' I say breathless and he smiles back.

''I'd do it again.'' He shrugs and I give him a small bag with all his clothes.

''Seriously, thank you.'' I smile and shrugs.

''Shit.'' I hear Liam mumble and I turn. Helena walks toward us, with a bIg smile on her face.

''Hi.'' She mutters with a smile looking at me and Zayn. Then her eyes turn to look at Liam and he flinches. ''Liam can I talk you?'' She whispers and he nods, leaving with her.

Zayn and I stay there, alone, trying to avoid the awkwardness of the situation. Then he starts talking and I look up with a smile.

''So... are you going to the party at our frat this weekend?'' He asks and I shake my head.

''I'm not sure. I'd love to go, but I'm starting to feel sick. Don't shower at night.'' I tease and he laughs, his tongue between his teeth. It's a beautiful and cute smile.

''This boy, Dave, will ask where's my girlfriend.'' He wrinkles his nose playfully and I laugh.

''Sure he will.'' I smile and blush. ''Can I ask you something?'' I say suddenly and he shrugs.

''I guess?''

''Is Harry dating Maya? Because the other day he said they weren't a thing, and today I saw them kissing. Is not like I care, but it's weird, I think.'' I smile and he arches a brow, wondering why I asked that.

''Well, they're a thing.'' He remarks. ''It's complic-''

''Hello.'' I hear the thick british accent behind me and I turn to find Harry, looking at Zayn with a brow arched. ''You can continue talking about what you were talking.''

''Maybe another day. I have to go.'' Zayn says looking at Harry and then looking at me. ''See you around Ciara. Be careful.'' He says those last words as a whisper and then leaves. I nod at Harry and walk away, through the corridors.

I don't have more classes today, so I'll probably just go to Louis' coffee shop (that's how I call it now.) and spend the afternoon reading.

I sigh when I hear the heavy footsteps behind me. I stop and roll my eyes as I turn to meet Harry.

''Is there any reason why you're following me?'' I say in a bitterly tone, and it makes Harry laugh.

''You ignored me when I was about to talk to you.'' He pouts and I have to take a deep breathe, because he's pissing me off. ''After what we had yesterday. It was magic, wasn't it?'' He teases and I really want to slap him.

''You mean when you hit me with an ice cube or when you threw me cold water?'' I cross my arms over my chest and fake a cheerful smile.

''I mean the bet.'' Harry wrinkles his nose and I roll my eyes, once again.

''Just stop okay?'' I say, the blood boiling in my veins and he frowns. ''Stop doing this. Sending mixed signals. I don't get you. You're with Maya, then you do...well this!'' I say moving my hands, and pointing to the space between us. ''What do you really want?'' I hiss the last words and he looks at me with a serious expression.

''I'm not with Maya. I was with her a long time ago. And I'm just trying to be nice. For the first time in years. And I don't want anything from you!'' He rudely says and I snort.

''Stop lying. I know you and Maya are probably trying to make fun of me. I know she hates me.''

''I'm not with her, so I don't know about that. But I'm not trying to make fun of you, for God's sake!'' He runs his hand through his hair and I shake my head turning on my heels. ''Hey, stop!'' He says grabbing my arm and leading me to a class, next to us. ''What's your problem! Why are you being this... paranoid?''
