Chapter 5: Overprotective brothers

I just finished my book before I heard the front door open. I looked up to see Dean and Sam all dirty and sweaty coming down the stairs.
"We killed the son of bitch" Dean yells
"What was it?" I ask
"A vengeful spirit who was bound to the necklace on the dresser, it was a heirloom." Sam replied throwing his bag in the corner. "Now give me a hug"
I immediately took a step back "No you guys need to shower first"
"Aw come on Maevie don't you want a hug of your older brothers" Dean says smirking making his way towards me.
"First of all Sam is only half an hour older, and second of all you guys are dirty and sweaty go shower first"
"I don't feel like it, what about you Sammy?"
"I think showering can wait" Sam answers before they both sprinted towards me. I yelped and ran as fast as I could towards my own room where is slammed the door shut behind me. I didn't hear any footsteps so I slowly opened the door which was a big mistake because my brothers attacked me in a hug.
"You guys are such animals" I say
"No we're man" Sam replied
"But you guys still smell like animals"
Dean sniffed at his armpit "She is right." They let me go so that I was free. I sighed in relief when I could breathe the normal air instead of their scent. "Well I'm going to take a shower but after that you tell us why Cas needed you."
"Yes Dean." I answer. He smiled before walking off. I looked at Sam "You need to shower too"
Sam grunted but did as told and went to go shower.

I just made myself some tea and was watching one of my favorite shows How I met your mother. Before someone turned the Tv of. I turned around to see my brothers standing with the remote.
"I was watching that" I groaned.
"You can watch it after you told me why Cas needed you" Dean says.
"We had sex." I say.
Their eyes broadened. "You had Sex with Cas?" Sam says confused.
"NOOOOOO, I was just kidding."
I saw them visible relaxing again. "Then what did you guys do?" Dean asks.
"We killed an angel who was experimenting on supernatural beings"
"You killed an angel?" Sam asks me "you have never killed an angel before."
"Actually Cas did , I was the bait"
"He let you be bait?" Dean says getting angry.
"Hold your horses Dean, everything went well"
"Dean she can handle herself, have a little fate in our sister and above all Cas was there with her, he wouldn't let anything happen to her" Sam says plopping down on the couch next to me. I smiled thankful at him.
"You're right, I'm sorry Maevie" Dean replies.
"Don't worry about it. But can you please turn the TV back on I was watching something." He smiled but turned it back on before walking to the kitchen probably to get beer. I laid my legs on Sam his lap and focused myself back on my show. Sam didn't bother to remove my feet because I would just lay them back so instead he groaned but didn't respond.
