April Fools mistake ~ 2

You tried to reach for the call button but couldn't do it, you could move but you just couldn't reach, You we're wide awake and had no sense of sleep ever since you woke up from your coma, in Hope That Ethan would come through the door as usual, but today was different He would normally be here telling you how his day went and how he's waiting for you to wake up soon but Today, he wasn't. And you were afraid, afraid that Ethan had given up on you and that he had found somebody else in the process. You were  alone, scared and lost at the same time.
You see the truth was Ethan hadn't actually given up on you at all, No he was In an Illusion a Illusion that you were dead and he couldn't wake up from the bad dream, a continuos loop of the Night you had got into the accident and He thought it was all his fault that you were never going to wake up that you as well as him had given up in each other  for Good which left him no choice but to simply Give up, because he thought it was the end for him, the end of his chapter so he didn't get the flowers, he didn't get the card, No he got the Alcohol, The cigarets and the Drugs, he never thought he'd end up like this, No one did but Once he finally hopped out of the Illusion he rushed to the Hospital you were once  in but when he got there, he was too late as you had Given up on him.
