Thanksgiving

"Y/n are you ready?, don't forget to bring the pie!, I'll meet you at the car okay?"

And with that said the door slams shut.

Y/n's pov

I did want to do this, I wanted to meet Ethan's family, enjoy dinner and hopefully become part of the family with Ethan's family's acceptance.

I finish curling my hair and fixing my jacket.

I throw on my black boots and purse and head downstairs to the car.

The sound of my heels just make me cringe all ready.

"What took you so- woah babygirl you look fine" Ethan says licking his plump lips.

"Thanks but what if your family don't approve and I feel like I look like a who-"

"No you don't, you look amazing, I've told my parents so much about you their so desperate to meet you, if you just be your self I'm sure they'll love you, not as much as me though" he chuckles at the end.

I nod at  his kind words and hop into his car.

He turns on the ignition.

"Here, play some music to distract you"
He says passing the aux cord.

I smile and play some music, faintly humming to the sound of it.

He pulls up to what looks like a mansion, brown bricks outside beautiful leafed branches growing upon it almost looking like rapunzels castle, a bit shorter though.

"Just tell me if you're nervous, we can wait in the car, we are a bit early since theirs no traffic" he smiles.

That's what I love about Ethan, so kind, loving and understanding, he knows how I feel and he'll put anything aside for me, I'm so lucky.

"N-no, i-it's fine " I smile back.

"Hey, I have a sister so you won't be the only female"

I give him a toothy smile and he turns of the ignition and puts the car keys in his front pockets.

I huff before my knuckles connect with the brown oak door slightly making my bracelet  make noise.

The door swings open and the smell of turkey tickles my nose.

"Y/n! Ethan! So nice to see you here, I'm Lisa, Ethan's mom" she says engulfing me in a hug.

I hug back and smile widely.

"Please come in, it must be freezing out their" she says closing the door.

As soon as my heels hit the floor all eyes are on me, I can't help but blush, I honestly hated being he centre of attention.

"Y/n! Bup you're here!!" Grayson says squeezing the living life out of me.

"Grayson, your chocking me!" I struggle to say.

He continues to squeeze me tighter.

"Ethan! Help, Grayson your squeezing me to death!"

"Did you not hear her gray? She's dying? Her face is pale!" A female yells coming down the stairs.

Grayson instantly backs off face filled with guilt.

"S-sorry"

"I-its fine " I say catching my breath

"Hey, sorry for my stupid brother, I'm Cameron, Ethan and Grayson's older sister "

She's gorgeous, could knock anyone right off their feet.

"H-hi, I'm y-y/n, Ethan's girlfriend" I stutter

"Don't worry, I know how feel, last year I had to go to my boyfriends parents thanksgiving,I was just as nervous" she smiles.

I smile back.

Thanksgiving this year with the Dolan family was mostly me laughing my ass off because of all the funny stories of cam, Ethan and gray.

"Oh my, did Ethan tell you what his nickname was when he was younger?"

"No, he never told me"

"Well, his nickname he responded to so well was e-tee-wee-tee" she laughs.

I giggle so hard.

The food was amazing, especially her apple and pumpkin pie, I just had to take a few plates of food home.

Unfortunately, he night was coming to an end because it was 'too dark' according to Ethan.

"Goodbye everyone, see you at Christmas" Ethan smiles closing the door.

"Did you enjoy tonight?"

"So much, why didn't you invite me last year?"

"I don't know, i was nervous "'he laughs.

" I love you moonlight"

"I love you more sunshine"
