"Jason was in trouble. He went with the wrong crowd, made some bad choices."

"Who? The serpents?"

"I wish. It was way worst."

"Who?"

"You won't believe me but....Becky's dad."

"Its Betty and-What? Why?

"He didn't tell me anything more, only that he did something really stupid and he needed my help."

"Did he say what he needed you to do?"

"Yes. He wanted me to keep hold of some stuff for him. A box of tapes. He said that if something happened to him I needed to release it."

"Where are the tapes then? They could reveal the killer!".

"I refused."

"What? What do you mean you refused??"

"I told him that he had to tell his parents. I was afraid alright? I didn't know..."

"You could have told someone."

"This is not my fault Jughead."

"I never said it was."

"Then don't fucking accuse me like that."

"I'm just saying. Things would be a lot different if you would have made different choices."

"You think? How do you know that, maybe I would have been killed as well!"

"Or the police would have protected you both."

"Please. You think the police can do anything?"

"They can do something."

"You're right. Tell them then, I'm out."
