Time Skip >> Three Weeks (Your POV)

I ran out of my last class of the day to my locker, where I knew he was waiting for me. As soon I reached my locker there he stood, just as I assumed. I ran towards him, he scooped me up into his arms, swinging me around.

"You look hot." He said, setting me down.

"You do as well, Mr. Gallagher," I replied, hopping up in my tiptoes leaving a warm kiss on his lips.

"You ready to go?" He asked as I pulled away. I nodded. Carl smiled as he placed an arm around my shoulder, escorting me to down the hall.

As we walked my eyes latched with another's... Finn. He wore his usual angry face when he saw Carl and I. His jaw was clenched and his fists were balled up. I tried not to notice him as much as possible and immediately looked away, continuing to walk forward.

"You okay, babe?" Carl asked.

"Yeah, I'm all good."

Recently, Finn and I had been taking some time apart. Basically, we broke up... Sort of. I don't know. After the breakup, I had begun to hang around with Carl. One thing led to another and he became a sort of boyfriend to me. We weren't official, but as far as everyone knew, we were together. It infuriated Finn, I could tell.

Finn's POV

The way they walked together, they way they talked together, the way he was able to breathe the same air as her. Of all it, it made me so pissed! He wasn't supposed to get her, he wasn't even supposed to know her. She was mine.

I felt my jaw clench when I saw him kiss her, and I swear I wanted to bash his teeth in every single time. I don't even know what was stopping me anymore.

"You okay, Finn?" A voice said. I jumped and looked over to find Noah.

"Jesus, Noah!" I said, taking in a breath. "You can't sneak up on me like that!"

"I'm sorry." He shrugged.

"What do you want?"

"I want to know if you're okay, dude. Every day for the last three weeks, you skip the end of class just to stand here and watch her walk past you. That's not healthy, Finn." Noah answered. "Look, dude, I know you loved her and stuff... But she's with Carl now. She moved on, don't you think you should too?"

"No."

"Fi-" He started.

"No, I don't think I should move on. I love her, and I'm not letting her end up with that idiot. She belongs to me, Noah."

"I know that, but does she?"

The question rang in my ears for a few moments. Did she know?

~ Flashback ~

She pulled me closer. I kept my hands on the small of her back.

"I trust you." I nodded in reply. "Kiss me..." I nodded again, before pressing my lips to hers. She pulled away, abruptly. "I love you, Finn Wolfhard."

"I love you too..." She lied back down on the bed.

"Keep going." She replied.

"I don't know..." I muttered.

"Come on, let's get out of here. This place gives me a headache." He said, referring to the school. I nodded and we started down the hall.
