"I am so sorry, I just really gotta go," I told the guy from behind the bar as I grabbed my jacket and rushed around to get everything I needed.

"Hey, don't worry, I enjoyed our precious time together and I'm sure I'll see you around. You got a new regular here now," he said, winking at me as he did.

I couldn't help my smile as I found him so amusing. "I'm glad to hear that," I said before jumping back over the counter and sort of being pushed against the guy I was recently talking to. "I'm sorry," I quickly apologized.

He just smiled and shook his head, taking a step back to give me some room. "Uhm, hey. Listen. Would you mind if I'd walk you over to your car, maybe? I mean, I just saw a few of those bulky guys over there walking out, probably to smoke or whatever and I'm not very fond of you- I mean, I don't want- I mean- uhm."

"Yeah," I interrupted him. "I'd love that, actually."

The guy smiled brightly and quickly made his way out of the room, me following close behind. To be very honest, I don't think I really needed any help from him, but the gesture was just really sweet and like I said before, I enjoy having him in my presence.

We walked outside and once the colder air hit my face and the pitch black sky looked down at us, I noticed how late it already was.

I was in deep shit

When we reached my car, I stopped walking and turned to face the handsome man. "Thanks, Ninja. That was actually really sweet of you."

He shook his head as if to say 'it's not a problem' and took a small step closer to me. "I must thank you for the best cocktail I ever tasted and for the amazing night I had. I have to make sure I see you there more often."

There was a very small pause, before I dared to ask his name. "So, uhm. I really got to go, but before I do, I want to know your name," I said, looking into his eyes, that I only noticed now in the dim light of the street lantern, were green.

A chuckle left his pink lips and he looked to the side for a second, before looking back at me. "The name is Jason. Jason Wilson. But you can call me, Ninja any time."

I smiled, finally knowing his name.

"And what about you, blondie?" he then asked, dimples present on his face.

I couldn't help but smirk, knowing that if he'd ask the wrong person they'd tell him where I also work.

"Just call me Lucky," I said before opening my car and getting in. He stepped aside and bit down on his lip as I passed him after putting on my seatbelt.

And now we're gonna get it...

...

"You are so close from getting fired!"

A sigh left my lips as I entered the club. I didn't expect Adam to say anything else than that. I was in fact late for the beginning of the show, but I still had time enough to get ready for the end, my part. I always end the shows and I thought that it wouldn't change, but apparently I was wrong.

"God, we had scheduled everything out and then you dare to be late?! Nick, hold me back, mate. I think I'm going to murder that little Irish ass of him!"

I must admit, seeing Adam angry wasn't the first time, but he's never been this aggressive before.

"Adam, mate, chill. He's still on time for the last part, he won't disappoint you. See it as the big end," Brad spoke up once he walked up to the three of us. He placed a hand on my shoulder and squeezed it softly.
