If you haven't seen the Chorus Trilogy or the beginning of Season 15, proceed with caution as this will be riddled with potential spoilers.I have a theory for Season 15 of Red vs. Blue.
So I'm assuming you've seen Season 15, episode 1 'Prologue', and saw how the pillow-filled-with-dog-shit-CEO was so brutally murder by 'Sarge' beside 'Church' and thought, 'Holy Shit! This just turned dark!'
Cause I know that I certainly did!
But then after the episode finished, I was thinking about it and it occurred to me that the Reds and Blues were lazy as all fuck and would never do something like that.
Even the reasoning that they'd become terrorists to fight for the freedom of an independent Chorus didn't seem to sound like something the Reds and Blues would really care about.
So that got me thinking.
We had just met a pair of mercenaries in the Chorus Trilogy, Felix and Locus, who were working for the Chairman of Charon Industries.
So who's to say that the 'Reds' and 'Blues' at the beginning of Prologue weren't actually hired mercenaries masquerading as as members of the Reds and Blues?
There were only seven, if anyone actually bothered to count them, and they all seemed to pair off into groups of two except for 'Church' when he came out of the ship.
They also apparently stole a lot of high tech from the building, and knowing the average intelligence of all the Reds and Blues to be frighteningly lacking, it seems a bit strange that they would have known what it was they where to have been looking for in the first place...
So what do you think?
Is this theory plausible or too far fetched in ones imagination?
Let me hear your thoughts!
