Chapter 7

4 days later, I was discharged from the hospital. My leg still had a cast on but I was able to walk with crutches supporting me.

" Is your leg okay? " Justin asked.

" It's fine " I replied.

" By the way, Seungwoo has a basketball game tomorrow, want to go watch? " He questioned.

" Sure " I answered.

The next day, 

We went to school and waited for Seongwoo,

" You guys came, let's go inside " Seungwoo told us.

We walked in and took a seat while Seongwoo warm up with the team,

" Hi guys " Jihoon came in.

" Hi, you finish class? " Justin asked.

He nodded.

He then turned to me and smiled, I smiled in return.

There was only 5 minutes before the game ends,

" I'll use the washroom first " I excused myself.

I went out and went inside the toilet, I washed my face before I was getting tired. I went outside afterwards and saw a whole crowd of students running towards me, I got pushed and felt weak, was about to fall when someone pulled me back up

" Are you hurt? " Seongwoo asked.

" Aren't you playing? " I asked back.

" It just ended " He replied.

" Oh, thanks " I got up properly.

" Be careful, people run so carelessly " He told me.

" I know, don't worry " I said back.

" By the way, we won " he cheered like a kid.

" Congratulations, you played well " I complimented him.

" Of course, I will never disappoint you " He said.

" Oh, you guys were here " Justin came running.

" Where is Jihoon? " Seungwoo asked.

" He's calling someone " Justin replied.

" Guys! " Jihoon called.

He walked up to us with a bright smile,

" My dad planned a camping trip for me and he said I should bring a few friends, want to come? " He questioned.

" Sure " We all agreed.

" It's on saturday at 8am, don't be late " He told us.

" Wait, tomorrow? " I questioned.

" Yes, is there a problem? " he asked back.

" No, It's fine " I answered.

Saturday is Samuel's birthday and it suddenly came in mind, although I'm a bit annoyed by him, we plan to celebrate all our birthday's together. 

I went home and my dad took me to the hospital to take my cast off, I was able to walk better now.

The next morning at 7:15am,

" Dad! I'm leaving for the trip, see you soon " I hugged my dad.

" Be careful " He waved at me.

As I was walking out, I saw Samuel in front of the gate hesitating to press the bell,

" How long have you been here? " I asked.

" Oh! I came around 10 minutes ago " He replied.

" You should have rang the bell, was that so hard? " I said.

" Sorry, are you... going somewhere? " He saw my huge bag.

" I'm going on a trip with my friends " I told him. " By the way, Did you come to say something? " I questioned.

" Well... today is a special day for me but it doesn't seem like you remember so forget it " He answered.

" Happy Birthday " I wished him.

" What? " He said shocked I remember.

I took out a small box and gave it to him,

" I hope you like it " I said before leaving.

" Yoo Jung! Hurry up " The car arrived.

" Yoo Jung ah! " Samuel called.

I turned around,

" Thank you for this.... and also for.... remembering " He smiled.

" No problem " I smiled back.

I got inside the car and looked out the window, he was staring at me but I couldn't look at him in the eyes so I just looked away.

" Who was that? " Jihoon asked.

" Not someone important " Justin replied for me.

" We will start the engine, everyone sit down " The driver said.

1 hour 30 minutes later,

" We have arrived, I'll get someone to help with the bags " Jihoon opened the door.

" It's beautiful " I loved the view.

" Like you " Seongwoo teased.

" Can you two go to the market and buy some fruits? Me and Justin will set up the tent " Jihoon told us.

" Okay, let's go " He said.

Seongwoo and I started walking down the rocky hill,

" Be careful, it's slippery " He warned me.

" Have you ever camp before? " I questioned.

" A few times with my brothers, not really brothers but we're really close and we call each other brothers " He answered.

" What's their name? " I asked.

" Rocky, Sanha, Eunwoo, Moonbin, MJ and Jin jin, we went to the same school and lived in the same dorm last year " He explained.

" You must miss them a lot? " I said.

" We still meet often on weekends, maybe I could introduce you to them sometime " He said back.

We finally arrived at the small market,

" Good morning, do you sell any fruits? " Seongwoo asked the grandma.

" Yes, what kind of fruits would you like to buy dear? Watermelon is good for dessert after lunch or dinner " She questioned.

" Then we'll get that and a few strawberries please " He answered.

After we got the fruits, we start making our way back to the tent,

" Yoo Jung ah, want to go see the sunset by the beach later? " He asked.

" Sure, I use to go look at sunsets with Samuel " It slipped out of my mouth.

" Samuel? " He sounded confused.

" He's a friend " I told him.

" Boyfriend? " He guessed.

" Use to be but not anymore " I told him the truth.

We could see Jihoon and Justin from afar, the tents were already up and everything was perfectly set up.
