Hi again, I'm thinking of making some Jack Frost hooded sweatshirts. Anyone interested?

————————————————————————————
Pain swelled in Jack's stomach.

It had been a week and a half since he had put a meal in his stomach.

But this pain was different, he didn't think it was hunger.

This was worse than hunger.

Agony coursed through the side of his body and he gasped in pain, dropping the glass from his hand and clutching his side, falling to his knees.

Another shot of pain.

He let out a rather large cry, the sound of footsteps filled his ears and he closed his eyes tightly, throwing his head back and choking back another cry.

"Jack?" It was bunny "are you...?"

The Easter bunny had obviously seen him.

He was lifted back to his feet and picked up, being cradled.

"Tooth! North! Sandy!"

It was the last thing Jack heard before darkness clouded his vision.

————————————————————————————
He woke up, the brightness of the white walls blinding him and asking his blink rapidly.

He was in the infirmary again, a dull throbbing in his side stopped him from moving.

"Hey mate" Bunny exclaimed on entering "good to see you awake."

Jack just nodded.

He didn't really trust himself to speak at all nowadays.

"How are you feeling?"

"Better" Jack groaned.

"That it?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"When did you eat last?"

Jack mumbled something under his breath, "I haven't been feeling well lately, I fell over the other day anyways, it was probably just that."

"I'll bring in some food, okay?"

Jack nodded, internally screaming and gagging slightly at the thought.

Bunny returned moments later with a plate, chicken snitzel and a salad.

And, to Jack's relief, he left.

The winter spirit picked up the fork slowly, picking a piece of tomato out of his salad and placing it into his mouth.

He chewed, counting to thirty before swallowing.

It was habit.

He ate a few more pieces of salad and tomato, before deciding he was finished.

He grabbed the chicken, breaking it in half and throwing one piece out the window, before emptying the last of the salad into the bin.

He mentally added up the calories he had just consumed and the figure came up at just under twenty calories.

The number wouldn't matter though, as it would end up in the toilet, as always.

He pulled himself up, grimacing in pain as he went, grabbing the place and limping into the kitchen, straightening his pace as he saw his fellow Guardians gathered around the table.

They all went silent at the sight of him.

"Hi hun" Tooth smiled as Jack walked past her, discarding his plate in the sink.

"Hey Tooth" Jack forced a smiled onto his face.

"Come sit down" North gestured to the empty seat and Jack nodded, sitting down and smiling at the others.

"So, Jack, what happened?"

"I already told you Bunny" Jack said, knotting his eyebrows.

"Answer the question" North pursed.

"I fell down the other day, I must've knocked into something again" Jack huffed "I'm feeling way better now."

"Jack..." Tootiana started, but Jack pushed out his seat, shooting up and storming off down the corridor.

————————————————————————————
Somehow, he ended up in the globe room, staring up at the golden dots scattering the blue orb.

"Jackson" a dark voice snarled and the winter spirit's breath caught in his throat as he turned, stumbling back till he hit the globe and glancing around.

He let a sigh of relief pass his lips when he didn't see who he was expecting, or anyone really.

He turned back around to admire the globe once more.

He stared directly into a set of golden eyes as a pale hand wrapped itself around his lithe neck.

"Hush now, Jackson, no noise."

The voice of Pitch Black echoed around the room and Jack gasped for air as the nightmare king's fingers wrapped tighter around his neck.

"Stop struggling Jackson."

Jack followed his tormentor's voice, ceasing his movements and feebly nodding.

"Now, now, Jackson, why on earth did you even try to get away from me? You had to know I'd find you? It wasn't even that hard" Pitch laughed. "I thought you were smarter than this."

"I'm sorry sir" the winter spirit choked.

"You better be."

Jack crashed to the floor, his tiny frame curling into a ball.

"Jackson, stand" Pitch commanded.

Jack nodded, forcing himself up and wincing at the apparent pain in his legs.

"Now, why ever did you run away from me?"

How dare he act like he hadn't a clue.

"Sir, you were hurting me" Jack whimpered.

"I know, but you deserved it, didn't you?"

"Yes, sir."

"What did you deserve?" Pitch emphasised.

"Every single bit of pain you gave me sir."

The nightmare king bent down, stroking Jack's cheek in an almost loving matter.

Almost.

"Jack!"

It was North.

Pitch Black stared at the man causing the interruption, frowning, before disappearing.

"Jack, are you okay?"

Jack crumbled to the floor, clawing at his cheek with his hand.

He hated Pitch's touch.

It meant pain.

It had made him the way he way.

A self loathing vessel of flesh and bone.

North was at Jack's side, shaking him slightly.

"Jack, are you alright?"

Jack choked back a sob.

And for once.

One time.

This would be the only time.

He wouldn't lie.

And he shook his head.

No.

Did you like it? I hope you did.
