"Umabsent ka just because of this?" Gulat na sabi ni Jake when he enters the VIP room sa isang bar.
I just shrugged then Zoey smile while sitting on my lap.
Maybe she get the wrong idea thinkiny it was because of her.
But no,.. I can't face Lyka for what I have said last night.
I wanted to take all the words but it's too late. I found her crying behind that close door.
It was a silent tears but full of pain. I can't even push the door knob thinking she'll just cry more.
I don't know but I feel I'll just hurt her feelings..again...
Mabigat ang mga paa ko nun papalayo sa kanya.
I can't sleep. I felt guilty.
"Have you even check your fucking phone?!" Mae said.
"Dead battery." Sabi ko then hinagis ang phone sa table. "Want some drinks?" I said. Then Zoey kiss my nape.
"This is so not you!' jake said.
"Come on guys! Let's just drink and damn! Stop scolding me-"
"I will scold the hell out of you till stand your fucking ass out there!" Mae shouts.
"Niccolo.." Jake said. They look at each other while hindi nakapag pigil si Mae at tumalikod na.
"Woah! This is knew... Did coach bit the hell out of him cause I didn't practice -"
"Do you think so?.. bullshit Ace!"
"Fuck! What did you call me?!" Tumayo ako at bahagyang naitulak si Zoey.
Agad naman ako nitong hinawakan sa braso at piniksi iyon.
Medyo naka inom na ko kaya hirap na rin akong pigilan ang temper ko.
"Ace...to wake you up." He looks at Zoey.
My friends didn't like Zoey. Anak siya ng isang board member sa Cavite. His Dad we're in politics. At ang nakaka tanda nitong kapatid ay minsan naming naka alitan sa isang bar.

But my friends told me not to. Dahil masyado nang matagal at baka daw ma attached na si Zoey.
"What the fuck!-"
"We didn't care about you not practicing or hanging with this bitch..." Sumeryoso ang muka nito then look at me intently and sighed. "Well, it didn't matter right? Your hours late.."
"Late for what?!" I asked him nang papaalis na ito.
"Tsk! Well your little demon passed out in the library. And--"
"What?!! You didn't call-"
"Dead battery right? Or you just didn't check it?.."
"Where is she now?" I said while getting my phone and turn it on. Jake smirked.
"Ace...stay please.."agad na hawak sakin ni Zoey. Pinipigilan niya akong umalis.
"Let go." Matigas kong sabi and she let go of my hand.
"I'm not sure if she's still in clinic. Maybe Kristoff knows about it." Sabi ni Jake sa likuran ko while I'm taking big steps sa papalabas.
Halos isang hakbangin ko ang hagdan dun. Pag labas namin ay naroon si Mae taking some cigarettes.
