I'll Never Leave You: Sequel To You're Mine (A Monster Falls Fanfic)

I'm back!

Those of you that have returned for the sequel... thanks for sticking with me! I'm so excited to finally unlock the next journey the characters will be taking! You'll be seeing a lot more of Mabel and her awesomeness (*Mabel screams in background* ALPHA TWIN!)

But... Because I'm also working on Puppeteer now I won't be able to update as often, but I'll try to stick to once a week. I know you have all been waiting forever so I won't take anymore of your time...

Bill's POV

"Daddy do it again!" Orion yelled tugging on my arm.

I lit my palm with fire, and then transferred the energy to one finger, then the other, and then all five. It'd been only a week since I'd begun teaching Orion magic, and he was already extraordinarily good at it. Clover on the other hand didn't seem to have the magic aptitude.

You could say Orion was more like me, and Clover was more like Pine Tree. Though they both took Pine Tree's side in all situations. Probably because I "forced" him to have another child after he had two a short while ago. What can I say, I love kids.

"Again, again!" Orion cheered.

"Your turn," I said watching him.

Orion lit his palm up with the demonic blue fire. Though he could do this, he usually had trouble focusing his energy on smaller things. But that's why he was learning.

"Daddy, Daddy's not feeling well," Clover said trotting into the kitchen.

"Okay let me see. You two stay here."

Standing from the kitchen table, I walked into the living room where Pine Tree was seated on the couch. His face was a little pale and his hair was brushed up, revealing his birthmark that named him Dipper.

"You okay Pine Tree?" I asked, sitting beside him.

"Not really," he groaned.

"Why not?"

"I had a nightmare," he murmured.

My eyes widened slightly, but I relaxed as I realized occasional nightmares were common.

"What was it about?" I coaxed him to tell me more.

"Well... you disappeared, and left Orion, Clover and I alone."

"Is that all?" I asked, thinking his dream was rather silly.

"N-No... C-Clover was k-ki...," he gave up trying to finish his sentence.

"You n-never came back," he whispered the last part.

I saw the fear and sadness in his eyes, and so I wrapped my arms around him tightly. He fell into my chest, and I kissed his forehead lightly.

"It'll be alright Pine Tree. I'll never leave you."

"Promise?"

"Promise," I whispered in his ear.

I heard a scream from the kitchen, and we both stood up suddenly. Running to the kitchen we found Clover being chased by Orion. Her tail was smoking, as was some of her fur on her flank.

"Orion!" I scolded.

Orion stopped in his tracks, but Clover continued running in circles until Pine Tree picked her up. He patted the rest of her fur down, preventing it from being burnt further.

"Orion what have I told you about burning your sister! She has very delicate fur. Now please apologize." Pine Tree said placing Clover on the ground.
