Bill's POV
"Why are you smiling?" Sixer asked, walking towards my cell.
"I've sent Pine Tree a gift. Hopefully he'll feel less lonely now."
"A gift?"
"Yes, a gift. Now, did you find her?"
"Not yet. It seems when we need her the most she's disappeared."
"Shit. You better hurry Ford I don't have much time left."
"You called me... never mind. I'll keep looking."
He left me again to search for Pyronica. Looking down at my stomach, I saw blood-- my blood-- had soaked through my shirt and tailcoat. I suppose when I magical being is stripped of their magic they're almost human.

Dipper's POV
I woke up practically panting. My head was covered in sweat and again my hands were shaking violently. Standing quickly, I ran to the light switch and flipped it on. The endless shadow monsters in the room disappeared relieving me of some fear. The odd yellow cat was now standing up in the bed.
"Just breathe Dipper. Just breathe."
Meow
I felt a small kick on my stomach, as I placed my hand on my growing baby bump. Looking down, I felt another kick and another after that.
"Please not yet. I can't handle your kicking right now. I just nee-"
Another sharp kick to my insides made me flinch. I glared at my own stomach for a minute, forgetting the baby couldn't see me.
"I said no more kicking," I grumbled.
The kicking suddenly stopped, as if my angry tone had scared the baby into submission.
Hmm that sounds familiar.
The small cat walked over and rubbed itself against my baby bump.
"You like babies, huh?" I asked rhetorically.
Meow
I laughed and rolled my eyes which landed on the clock that read 6:30 in the morning. That probably meant the twins would be awake soon and begging for breakfast.
"Hey yellow cat, stay here until the twins wake up, okay? And then I'll show you to them."
Meow
"I'll take that as a yes," I laughed.
Meow
Walking into the kitchen, I took out a pan and pancake mix. Putting the mix into the bowl I added water and began stirring. I felt a tear dripping down my cheek, and it took me a moment to realize why I was crying; Bill was always making pancakes. I realized how much I missed him, how much I wished he was here with me making his weird purple pancakes.
Looking through the cabinet I found some food coloring. Taking it out I mixed in enough red and blue to make a decent shade of purple. Then I put the mix into the pan letting it spread out into an almost perfect circle.
