Inuyasha: The Jewel of Four Souls Returns

Kikyo and Naraku

(This isn't a regular chapter. This just explains the parents of Setsuna, Kikyo and Naraku. In case any of you still don't understand much about her parents, or if you've never watched the anime and is just reading this story for fun)

Not too long after Kikyo and Naraku's deaths, a mysterious woman revived Naraku and Kikyo, then tried to make them join forces to do her bidding. They refused and killed her afterwards. They separately spied on Kagome and Inuyasha. Kikyo couldn't help but feel anger towards Kagome and Inuyasha because they were so happy with each other. Kikyo and Naraku ended up spending more time together, which led to Kikyo falling for him. (He already loved her way before, so he still loves her) Time passed by and they had a daughter and named her Setsuna. Kikyo still had some feelings for Inuyasha and wanted to meet with him to show that she was alive and she had a child with Naraku, hoping he would get jealous. At that time, Setsuna was 6 years old and knew what to say when she saw her mother's past lover. But when they reached their village, Kikyo was furious to see Kagome and Inuyasha in front of their home, playing with a boy that looked around 8 years old, and another boy that looked like he was Setsuna's age. She took another look at Kagome and saw that she was holding a baby girl in her arms that had Inuyasha's white hair, while the eldest boy had Inuyasha's human hair color and the second eldest boy had Kagome's raven hair color. (Their hair color eventually changes white too when they're older) Kikyo spent more time away from their village. A year passed after that and she gave birth to a baby boy. (I will not reveal his name yet.) Kikyo was so focused on her newborn child, she didn't notice how many times Setsuna left their home to see Kagome and Inuyasha's second child, Yoshito. When she found out, she was angry at her daughter for hanging around the family she hated. But she later realized she could have her daughter pretend to be friends with them, only to betray them later. She watched her daughter from afar to see if she was being convincing. She noticed Inuyasha had become suspicious of Setsuna and questioned her. Setsuna returned home in a panic and told her mother he knew she was the daughter of the woman he once loved. She still stayed by Yoshito's side for many years, but Kikyo died after being discovered by Sesshomaru, who now had a kinder heart but felt hatred towards Kikyo for making his brother suffer. Sesshomaru knew that if he treated his family right, he would be able to treat his wife right and maybe become a father. Setsuna hated Sesshomaru for doing that and later found out that he's the brother of Inuyasha. She blamed their entire family. She had started to love Yoshito, but didn't want to hurt herself nor him by avoiding him. So, she decided to kill someone they cared about too. Yoshito was angry at her but tried to hear her excuse. She didn't say anything and left, killing herself later. Inuyasha lectured Yoshito for days, telling him that he should've listened and stayed away from her. "I'm not saying this is your fault, but the old woman died because you might have angered Setsuna! I told you before that I went through a lot of pain because of her mother and I don't want you to go through the same thing! Lady Kaede was an important woman in this village but now she's gone!"
When Naraku found out Kikyo was dead, he immediately went to figure out a way to revive her. He found a way to revive her successfully, but for some reason couldn't revive Setsuna. After many years of searching, he and Kikyo found a way to revive her. When she was back, she became a grown woman quickly. She went to Yoshito's village and saw that he had grown older throughout the years she had been gone. She was happy she had grown older quickly when she was revived and decided to pay him a visit. Even though she hated him, she couldn't help but love him as well. When she found out he found someone knew that looks nearly the same as her, she told her mother. Kikyo was surprised that history had replayed in a different way.
