The Complicated Lie (ON HOLD)

Part 11

Bella's POV:

I wake up with my mom yelling at me that it's time for me to go to school. Urgh seriously? Why today of all days. It's Thursday and I'm on my period (sorry guys). I am not in the mood for anything or anyone. I just want to stay home and cuddle by myself in bed. I don't get out of bed and lay for a few minutes. All of a sudden I hear my mother coming up the stair and down the hall way. In into my room she comes.

"Isabella, you better get your ass up and get ready for school!" she says yelling at me just standing there by my door.

"I don't want to go to school!" I kinda scream back.

"Are you screaming at me!" she asks with an angry expression on her face.

"No" I say not actually yelling at her.

"Then get up and get done!" she says turning around making her way down stairs.

I scream into my pillow as she leaves. I have a little fight with myself before getting up and going to shower. I shower and do everything I have to. I dry myself and my hair and make my way to my walk in closet. I hate how this day is going to go. I grab a skinny blue jeans and a white long sleeve top. I grab my brown boots and leather jacket and put it on. I put my hair in a messy bun. When I'm done I put my usual make up on that consists of a bit of eyeliner and mascara with lip gloss.

Before leaving my room I grab my earphones, bag and phone. I make my way downstairs. Not even grabbing breakfast I just walk out of the house with a goodbye to my mother. I close the front door behind me. I plug in my earphones into my phone and then put them in my ears. I put on the song Don't Let Me Down by the Chainsmokers and then make my way to school. I'm not even going to take my car because I'm not in a rush and it's not that far to walk. If I took my car I would sit in traffic and I don't want that since I'm kinda pissed off. So I start my journey to school.

I walk through the parking lot at school. Feeling eyes on me I continue my way into school and make my way to my locker. I wait there for Mackenzie, Crystal, Jack and Isaac. I just watch the people as they walk past me. I see Mackenzie, Crystal and Jack making their way to me. But where's Isaac?

"Hey guys" I say with a smile on my face as they reach the lockers.

"Hey Bella" they say at the same time. They have this blank expression on their face and it makes me suspicious.

"What's up guys?" I ask worryingly.

"Oh nothing" Jack says leaning his back against one of the lockers. Normally his so irritating but today his all quiet and stuff.

"Where's Isaac?" I ask.

"Something happen Bella" Mackenzie says with a sorry look on her face.

"Like what?" I say wanting to know more.

"Rather let Crystal tell you" Mackenzie looks at Crystal.

"Uhm..." Crystal says looking down at the floor.

"Come on you can tell me" I say smiling at her.

"Isaac has..." Crystal begins.

But before she can even finish I hear a whole lot of people congradulating someone. I look over and see Isaac and his not alone. He has this tall girl that has her hand intertwined with his. She has shoulder length blonde hair and it looks like she has blue eyes. She's wearing this floral dress with silver sandals. I just can't believe what I am seeing. Just the other night we were having some kind of date and now his walking hand in hand with some other girl.

All of a sudden while a guy is congratulating Isaac he looks at me straight in the eye. I cannot handle what I am seeing so I turn around and make my way to the bathroom. I'm walking with my head down so no one can see my face expression. Just as I take the corner I walk straight into someone's chest. I look straight into someone's face, the only person I hated seeing the most. I couldn't help but let a tear fall down my cheek. I just look down and walk around him, wiping the tear away. I walk even faster to the bathroom.

I get to the bathroom, FINALLY, and make my way to one of the toilet stalls. I then lock it after me. I close the toilet lid and sit on top of it pulling my knees to my chest, rocking myself back and forth.

"Bella!" I hear Crystal scream as she shoves into the bathroom. I let out a small sob.

"Bella! Open up!" I hear Mackenzie shout and bang on the toilet door.

I open the door and go out of the toilet stall. I just look at them with a heart broken expression on my face.

"Why didn't you tell me" I say looking up at them.

"We tried to Bella" Mackenzie says.

"I'm so sorry Bella. I wanted to tell you but you saw first" Crystal says.

"Who is she?" I ask looking down.

"Her name is Claire Blake" Crystal says not wanting to say anything else.

"It's his girlfriend" Mackenzie says.

"Oh" I ask.

"Yeah" Crystal says still looking down.

"It's okay, it's not like I'm going to die or something. All I can do is lift my head up high and act like nothing happen" I smile, showing my teeth.

"Are you sure?" Mackenzie looks at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah sure, schools going to start and we have literature first" I say dragging the girls out the bathroom. Before we leave I look in the mirror, I don't look too bad, I just wipe the bottom of my eyes and then we leave.
