The Complicated Lie (ON HOLD)

Part 12

Isaacs POV

Today I woke up with this unusual feeling in my stomach. Trying to get it away I realize it's not. I look at the time and it's time to get up to go to school. I get up to go and shower and do my bathroom business. I get done and grab a pair of blue jeans, my black tang top and black leather jacket with black sneakers. I go down stairs to grab breakfast. The moment I reach the bottom of the stairs, the smell of a mixture of blue berries and vanilla and hit my nostrils. I go searching for this amazing smell that is making me craze.

Her blonde hair shimmers and covers her face as she eats her porridge. She looks up at me and her blue eyes sparkle in the light that is shining above her. I walk up to her and she does nothing, she just smiles at me realizing what is happening. I take her hand and kiss it as a hello. I then pull her into a hug and bury my head in the crook of her neck. I pull away, slightly and just look at her. She starts blushing. How have I never noticed her before?

"Hi" she says with that sweet voice of hers.

"Hi" I say back.

"My names Claire. Claire Blake" she smiles as she starts to blush.

"My names Isaac. Isaac Oceans" I smile back

"Yeah I kinda know who you are. You are the next in line for beta"

"Yep that's correct"

"And you're my mate"

"Yep and that is also correct" I smile at her pulling her in for another hug.

I'm getting a hang of this. Finding your mate is the best feeling ever. Before I know it and we don't realize the time I hear someone clear their throat.

"It's time to get to school" Zaven says with no facial expression.

I just look at him. I turn to look at Claire and stop hugging her for now and pull her along to my car. We take a silent drive to school.

'Hey Crystal' I say through our mind link.

'Yes'

'Guess what?'

'What?'

'I found my mate'

'Say what!'

'Yeah I know'

'Congratulations to my brother the future beta of Blackwood Pack for finding his mate' Crystal says through the whole pack link. Now everyone in our pack will know. Claire just smiles at me as we driving and starts blushing. We reach school and most of the members that are in school and are in our pack are standing there to congratulate us. We walk through the hall way and everyone that we haven't saw is now congratulating us.

We carry on walking and my eyes look up to meet a pair of blue eyes staring at me, there's no hint of grey anymore. My sister and Mackenzie are there talking to her. All of a sudden she turns around and walks away. I knew this day would come. I feel so upset, but try not to let the people notice that I am so I just put up a fake smile so I can deal with the problem later on. Now I just need to focus on me and my mate.

Bella's POV

After the little incident I calmed down very quickly. I was upset and angry yes, but I knew me and Isaac wasn't meant to be together. I always had the feeling. I'm walking to literature with my books in my hand and a smile on my face. The people just look at me awkwardly. And I know the reason why. Everyone thought that Isaac and I were together since we were close, but the truth is Isaac and I liked each other but never went further. We had outings alone yes but nothing actually happen on those outings, like kissing. The only thing we did do was hold hands and each other once or twice.

We reach the classroom and there sits Isaac and Claire. I walk with my head down but before I make my way to the back of the class I stop by their desk. They look like newly love birds.

"Congratulations guys" I say smiling at them both.

"Thank you" Claire looks up at me with the happiest facial expression I had ever seen.

I then leave and let them be. They actually look cute together. I make my way to my desk. I currently sit alone now since Isaac has a girlfriend. Mackenzie and Crystal sit opposite me but they have their own conversations so I just sit there on my phone. I hear the classroom door swing open but don't take note of it. I see someone walk past me but don't take note of that either. But what I do take note of is this hunk of a guy that plops down next to me. I turn and look at him.

"Hi may I help you?" I ask this guy.

"Yeah you can. You see now that you and that boy," he points to Isaac "are over now, how about you and i take it somewhere else huh?" he tries moving closer to me.

"Excuse me!" I say a bit too loud.

"You heard me" he says wiggling his eyebrows.

All of a sudden I don't know what overcame me. I stood up and knocked this guy out of his chair with one fist to the face.

"Don't you come and think I am one of those hoes that you can just come around and sweet talk me into your bullshit!" I say before I sit back down.

Now everyone is fully looking at me but right now I don't give a damn. This guy just gets up and puts the chair back into its place. The teacher is busy looking at me but I give her a smile meaning I'm sorry and all she does is nod at me meaning it's okay. No guy has ever come up to me and spoke such crap to my face. I just hope it's my last otherwise I will be knocking more guys out.
