Gone

Chapter 5

I woke up and my heart stopped as i looked down. Alex was laying on my stomach with her leg around my waist and her head resting on my chest. She sat up and blinked a couple times and her eyes widened as she seen me. 

¨Oh, well Good morning¨ she said blushing really bad. She stood up and got off the bed. 

¨Morning¨ i said and stood up. 

¨Ima go make some food, you want pancakes?¨ asked Alex 

My stomach growled as soon as she mentioned the food and we both burst into laughter. 

¨I'll take that as a yes¨ said Alex as she walked out chuckling. 

I sat down on the bed and thought about what had happened. Did i like Alex?

I repeated the question in my head. 

No..well i dont know but i havent known her for too long so i cant make things up..yet..but either way im not getting into a relationship, all that will happen is i will be left. 

After done gathering myself i walked down stairs to see Alex dancing to ¨All time low¨ by Jon Bellion. I smiled and leaned on the door frame as i watched her dance. Suddenly she turned around and blushed in embarrassment. She had pancake mix on her nose and her hair was thrown up into a messy bun. 

¨Having fun?¨ i teased playfully. 

¨Shush up¨ she snickered and turned back to the pancakes on the stove. I walked over and sat down as i scrolled through my phone. I went to me and Devin's messages.  Last Active: 5 months 6 weeks and 5 days ago. 

I sighed and powered my phone off. 

¨here ya go¨ she said putting a plate of pancakes on the table. 

¨Thank you¨ i said smiling. We ate and then stood up. I put my plate in the sink along with my silverware and i turned to face her. 

¨So you wanna go to this skate park in the mall with me?¨ she asked. 

I lit up ¨Oh my gosh of course¨ i said excitedly. 

She giggled ¨ok lets go¨
