Not edited. Sorry guys, will edit all chapters soon. I'm sort of a lazy bum. :))

"I'll kill that son of a-"

"That's a little excess don't you think?"

"No, I don't think."

"He is no brother of mine."

"You can't kill him."

The bickering voices stopped my from opening my eyes. Or rather my eye because I could already feel the swollen welt around the entire left side of my face.

He really punched me? Maybe it was an accident? I shouldn't have got in the way anyways. Slowly my eyes opened and I was greeted by two bodies crowded over my own. I blinked rapidly, waiting for them to back away. I was surprised to see the lady that was at my house early with Nicklaus, both sets of eyes appearing worried.

"Woah there. How do you feel Cara?" Nicklaus questions me, tentatively touching my jaw.  I wince away from his touch and his eyes close while his body shivers in anger.

"Yep, I'm going to kill him." He sighs with a confirmation nod.

"Cole? You're going to kill Cole?" I ask in confusion.

"Yes him, that hideous monster." He sighs with a dramatic shudder.

"Aren't you identical?" Bio mom suddenly pipes up.

"You be quiet. It matters on the inside. Besides I am way more attractive then him. And by the way, don't say his name Cara. It's a disgrace to your beautiful lips." Nicklaus smirks.

"Watch it boyo. That's my daughter." Bio mom sighs.

"Sorry Mama R." He laughs, and she punches him in the arm.

"So where am I? What exactly happened?" I look around the dark room in confusion.

"We're at your mother's, you'll be staying here from now on. No you are not allowed to leave and if you try I will lock you up in a tower, Princess. As for what happened, my idiotic, unworthy brother punched in the jaw. That was this morning. It's like 4:00 right now." He replies quickly, standing up and stretching.

My jaw became unhinged, literally.

"Ow, sh*t." I grabbed my jaw and winced, sending Nicklaus an icy glare.

"You want me to live with the person who kidnapped me, and a mother I know nothing about?" I asked, sounding a wee bit muffled because my lack of jaw movement. They both visually winced at my accusation.

"Yeah, sorry about that. But what's worse, us or the people who lied to you your entire life and the mate who rejected you?" Nicklaus questioned me with a cocked brow.

I stared at him a while, seeing the truth in his eye.

"Valid point. And school?" I retort with a raised brow of my own.

"You'll start at Rockchester high Monday." My 'mother' popped in with a kind smile.

"Rockchester? Are we in Little Cyprus pack territory?" I asked in confusion.

"Ye." Nicklaus adds.

"I guess I could stay here. But let's get one thing straight, I am not a captive and I will leave if I so choose." I counter, daring them to argue with my eyes.

"Absolutely." My mother nods.

"Absolutely not you mean." Nicklaus finishes with a head shake.

"Excuse you? HELLO? I am a people not an object you filthy dog." I scoff.
