It had been two weeks since me and Cole had finally made our peace. Sure, things were still a little akward, but with everything happening I wad glad to have him as a friend. Even if I did still kinda hate his guts.

One thing I admired about him is he hasn't put the moves on me once since we've been talking. Never once.

I had managed to make peace between the unhappily mated couple Maggy and Holly. But now they were together and spent all time ever possible with each other. Apparently I'm actually quite the little match maker.

Who knew?

Currently I was rewatching the first episode of supernatural.  What fetuses Dean and Sam were. Oh but so hot.  I inwardly cringe at the girl stuck to the roof. Poor souls.

I stood up and stretched, today has been pretty chill. I was thinking of what to do today when the perfect idea came to me.

I walk down the long pack hallway, a smile gracing my ugly ass face. I stop and knock on Alpha Reed's door. Alpha Reed is Sol's father.

The door is opened and I smile before I realize his hair is a mess and Luna Grace is behind him looking equally messy. I blush and look anywhere but at them.

Oh! What a nice rug. Really where did we get that?

Alpha clears his throat and I look up feeling the blush slowly melt.

"Hi! If you two don't mind I was wondering if we could have a pack BBQ today? It's bright and sunny anyways. And not to mention next week is graduation and I think it would really relieve some kids stress levels." I explain, motioning to the open bay windows.

"I think that is an excellent idea Cara. But good luck dealing with the childen' and elderly pack members. May the odds be ever in your favor!" He smiles and I chuckle at his choice of words.

"I think I can handle them. But thanks for the warning though." I smile.

The pair of us stand there awkwardly for a moment before I cleared my throat.

"Do you want me- you to-uh?" I ask while trying to motion with my fingers.

"No, yeah go on ahead! I was just busy doing some... uh pack planning." He says with one last smile before he closes the door.

I clear outta there not really wanting to hear what happened next.

Two hours later the grill was already fired up and everyone was outside enjoying themselves. A small game of football was going on and I was
listening to a small group of girls fan about how hot the adolescent teens were.

"Sol has nice abs. And a nice butt. But he's dating Cara last time I heard." One I recognized as Keeley said.

"Yeah but Cole is so hot, and apparently single now that him and Lily broke it off." Another girl, Shelby I believe, said.

I suppress an angry growl at that and tune out the next bit of their conversation. I watched the teens play, but when I saw Cole there, shirtless at that I became a little distracted.

A few beads of sweat dribbled down his abs and his muscles clenched each time he caught and threw the ball. My mouth felt like cotton and I had to mentally slap myself to prevent me from chasing after him.

After all, that a hole rejected you.

I turned away and grabbed a random plastic solo cup off the table in front of me. I swallowed the hard liquor and grimaced. Ouch.

I didn't care though, I quickly grabbed a second and then a third one before I put the brakes on. Thirty minutes later I was a drunken mess and the rest of this is going to be how someone explained it to me. Because I don't remember.

I stumbled into a Junior and giggled. He caught me and smirked, his hazel eyes gleaning.

"Wow, you're kinda hot." I smile cheekily up at him.

"Wow, and I think you are off the walls drunk." He laughed at me.

I must have been really, really drunk because I leaned forward and kissed the breathe outta both of us.

He was a little surprised but, on other words didn't seem to mind. The kiss was just getting good when I was suddenly yanked off of the dude by a very angry Cole.

He glowered at the guy and turned to me, frowning.

"What in gods name do you think you're doing?" He growled.

"Oh hey ColeBear, I was just kissing... I don't know actually."

We both turn to him expectantly.

"James," he smiled at me.

"Well James, you'd do well to keep away from what isn't yours. If I catch your lips on her again I swear on my fathers grave I will throw you to the rogues." Cole said before putting me over his shoulder.

"Hey, put me down.

Oh on second thought, never mind, you have a cute butt!" I slurred, poking his butt cheeks. I feel his body shake as he laughs under me.

"Hey put me down now! I wanna go kiss Jake, I mean James. He was a good kisser. And you're not my boyfriend." I complain, smacking his bum.

He stops giggling after that and I feel him growl.

"Don't say that. I still care about you and as far as I know that was James White, the A class jerk that used girls like toilet paper. No good for you in other words. And not to mention you have a... boyfriend." He choked up at the word boyfriend.

And that's when he tossed me into the freezing cold pool. Needless to say, if you ever find yourself wanting to get sober fast, throw yourself in the nearest pool of cold water. It works miracles.
