If you've seen my other art book, you'll notice I post a lot of spam of some characters named Pete and Francis and Brecky and Darby and stuff. Well, I decided to give them their own home here so I don't do such a spotty job explaining things like p...
We have the final winner for our Merblade competition!
theGardensLife gave a perfectly detailed answer to #4: What does Darby rule over?

Acacia!
(Pronounced A-kay-sha)
Kay, designed after MakingItUpAsWeGo, is the most emo-ish of the Merblades, with her preference to a.) Black/very dark green gray or b.) Bone white. She lives for whatever is the equivalent of My Chemical Romance or Pierce the Veil in Nonalee Sea. Acacia is pretty quiet (in the most intimidating way possible), but when she actually speaks, she's either saying something unbearably edgy or spitting straight fire.
She's basically your standard emo kid.

Frigid!
Ri comes off as shy and quiet, but she's actually formulating a plan for world domination. She is very morbid and constantly has a playlist of only the heaviest of metals on repeat

(The only comparison I can think to make is that she's a bit like Macbeth from Defined by Exclusion by aprilleeofficial and like Rosamond from the Nate the Great books ((did anyone ever read those? No? OK whatever.)))
Here they are all together!

Anyway, thank you to all of our lovely participants for taking part in our little competition! We were shocked to see that people actually cared enough to answer our stupid questions! We hope you'll keep sticking around to learn some secrets and meet our characters as we share pieces our little story (it's actually pretty deep, but y'know secret keeping so)
Remember, you are too a real pirate, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
