So when I revealed the unknown characters on the playing cards a lot of you pirates expressed interested in this particular card

'The Lovers', as everyone wanted to call them.
Well, it may surprise you when you find out that these two are actually villains.
And their proper name is The Highwaymen

They are not particularly major villains, just a pair of hired bounty hunters who happen to be very in love
Also Phia is some kind of wood elf or something.
Francis has a very interesting relationship with them, as they do keep trying to kidnap him, but whenever they try to, they also give him an update on their relationship
