Two

A few years past, five to be precise, Mikey and I still talked every now and again. He's been super busy lately, from what he's told me. Mikey had to move away from Bristol as well, he now lives in Slough which is basically the opposite side of the country to me. He's also in a band, Road Trip they're called; there's five members now, well, four official members because one is still on trial. There's Andy Fowler, Rye Beaumont, Brooklyn Wyatt, Mikey Cobban and Jack Duff. Mikey was the last member to offically be in the band and Jack is still on trial.

Mikey always keeps me updated on how everything is going and how he's doing. He seems so happy with how his life is at the moment. As a band, they've been on two UK tours, I would have went to one of their gigs but the first tour they went on, they didn't come to Newcastle and when they did come to Newcastle for their second tour, I was on holiday so I couldn't see them. However, I watch their vlogs and covers whenever they upload them and I follow them on every social media platform they have: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and even Musical.ly.

I'm so proud of Mikey and the other boys, Mikey's always been talented, I remember in high school he took music for one of his GCSE's, he used to sing for me whenever I was upset or just because he wanted to make me happy. He still sings to me sometimes when we talk on the phone or on FaceTime, but it's just not the same. I miss him so much it's insane.

I introduced a few friends I met at school to Mikey's band, Road Trip, we all love them and now we're best friends. Each of us like a different member in the band, which is good since none of us argue about who likes each of them the most. For obvious reasons, Mikey is my favourite, Jack is Summer's favourite, Brooklyn is Leah's favourite, Rye is Niamh's favourite and last but not least, Andy is Lucy's favourite. Due to me being extremely close with Mikey, the girls are also close with the boys; not as close as me and Mikey but still close. They talk to eachother as regularly as I talk to Mikey, we even have an iMessage groupchat with them.

Summer, Leah, Niamh, Lucy and I are in a few Road Trip groupchats with some other fans, it's hard not to tell them how close we are with them. I always say how much I miss Mikey and they always ask to see some pictures of us together, obviously because they think I've met the band, but I only have pictures of us from when we were younger. They're personal and I don't like sharing them with people, other than Summer, Leah, Niamh and Lucy. Most people in our groupchats ship us with our favourites, eventhough we don't have pictures with them, other than me. There's Mess (Jess and Mikey), Suck (Summer and Jack), Breah (Leah and Brooklyn), Nye (Niamh and Rye) and Landy (Lucy and Andy).

Recently, Mikey told me that him and his band are going on tour again with a bunch of other acts. It's called the 'Alstar Xmas Party Tour'. The boys won't tell us any of the dates, which is understandable since the other fans aren't allowed to know either. However, the other fans don't know about the tour yet so we aren't allowed to say anything.

I really hope they come to Newcastle, I miss Mikey so much, I just want to see him again...
