Four

Today has been quite a productive day for me today, I tidied the flat, did some washing up, payed the bills and did some food shopping at ASDA. The girls came back from work a few hours ago and now we're all doing our own thing. I made us dinner for when they came back from work, Summer is currently showering, Leah is on the phone to someone in the kitchen I think it's Brook she's talking to, I'm not too sure what Niamh and Lucy are doing but I'm talking to Mikey.

Mikey: Guess what, babe xx

Me: What?? xx

Mikey: We wrote a new song today xx

Me: Really?? xx

Mikey: Yeah, I'm going to call you... I want to sing it to you... xx

A few minutes past and Mikey eventually called me, so I decided to sit outside the door to our flat, on the stars, so it was quite while I talked to him. My phone buzzed in my hand and I immediately answered the call.

"Hey, babe, sorry I took so long to call, Brook needed me to help him with something," Mikey began.

"It's alright, I just wanted to hear your voice," I answered, "So, what was that song you were talking about?"

"Oh, me and the boys were in the studio today and we wrote a new song... It's called I.L.Y," He continued, he sounded quite nervous about it... I'm not too sure why though...

"How does it go?"

"Well we really only have the chorus of the song, we're not too sure about the other verses though," Mikey answered, still sounding quite nervous.

"Sing it to me? I'm sure it's amazing," I encouraged.

"Uhh, sure, here it goes," He hesitated before starting to sing, "I.L.Y I love you baby, you've got me like I.L.Y you're driving me crazy, I love you," Mikey's deep voice fillied my ears as he sang the chorus of his new song. He has such a beautiful voice, he's so talented.

"Wow," Was all I managed to say.

"Do you like it then?" Mikey asked, hesitantly.

"It's amazing... I guess the girl you wrote about is pretty special to you.."

I'm not going to lie, I've always had a little crush on Mikey - ever since we were young. I've never told anyone about this before, I just never wanted to ruin the friendship Mikey and I have because it's special to me. So, hearing him sing about another girl like that hurts a little, if you know what I mean.

I wish Mikey would write a song about me...
