Chapter 11

•Melina's POV•

We arrive back at the hotel. Tracy and Hayes went to the frozen yogurt place right around the corner. I know Tracy really likes him and Cameron told me that Hayes already likes her. I want to see how this little "date" I would say, turns out.

Tracy and Hayes finally came back and I run up to Tracy and grab her hand to take her into the bathroom.

"Talk! What happened on your little date?" I ask

"Well we were just getting to know eachother and we actually have a lot in common. Geez Mel! I really like him now. But i don't think he likes me. He probably just thought he could be a gentleman and take me to frozen yogurt, which is my favorite thing ever!" she says. If only I could scream at her and tell her that Hayes likes her back but I can't.

"Well just give him time. Trust me, he will ask you out"

*MALL*

I was walking around the mall with everyone and I see someone who looks sooo familiar. Then I realized who it was! Tyler! Me, Shawn and Tyler were like the 3 best friends. We hung out with each other basically every single day. We all lived really close to each other and we were best friends before school even started. So we were birth besties. Then in 2nd grade, Tyler had to move because his parents got a new job in Atlanta.

"Shawn.. Do you recognize that person over there?" I ask.

He looks over there and his eyes widen. "No way! Tyler?! like our Tyler?!" he says

"Yes!" I say. Then I see Tyler look over to us and his eyes widen and I'm pretty sure I saw his eyes get watery. Mine are too. Before I know it, He is running over here and picks me up.

I hug him really tightly. "Melina. Melina Jones?! Like my best friend since birth?!" he says.

"Yes Tyler. That's me! God I missed you soo much!" I say. I really don't know how I knew it was him.. it just.. his face still has that look he had when he was younger.

"I missed you too Mel!" he finally puts me down and smiles. He also saw Shawn and they gave each other a big hug.

"Shawn! it's been forever!" Tyler says.

"I know man. We missed you" Shawn
says.

I totally forgot the others were with us. I see Cameron looking at me with a "what the hell" look. I walked over to him, "He was mine and Shawn's best friend since birth. Don't be mad. It's our first time seeing him since 2nd grade" I say.

"Alright. I just don't want him to take you away from me or try to hit on you" he says.

"It won't happen. I love you. I will always only love you" I say. Then I walked back over to Tyler.

"So anything new? Well of course there is something new it's been years"I say

"Well I moved back to California! I was coming here to Nashville to go to Magcon because I recognized you and I wanted to surprise you.

"Aww that's so sweet! Where did you move to?" I ask

"A couple houses down from yours!" he said.

"Omg I'm so happy! I get my best friend back" I said dancing around.

"Haha yeah. So I see your engaged" he lifts up my hand and smirks.

"Yep! To the handsome boy over there" I say pointing to Cameron.

"That's great!" he says then my phone rings.

"Noah!!" I yell.

"Hey Mel. What are you doing?"he says

"At the mall. And Noah guess what?!"

"What?"

"Remember Tyler? Like me and Shawn's best friend since like birth?" I say

"Yeah?" he says

"I'm standing next to him right now! We were walking down the mall and he looked so familiar and I told Shawn and Tyler looked over at me and we both started crying and we talked and he lived a couple house down from us!" I smile. I'm so happy!

"That's great. So I wanted to talk about the reason I called you" he says

"Okay..?"

"I'm coming down this week and Kat's coming with me too!"

"Yay ! I'm so excited! What day are you coming?" I ask

"Tomorrow!" he says. We talk for a little longer and said our goodbyes.

"Sorry about that. It was Noah. Remember him?" I say to Tyler.

"Of course I remember him!" he says

"Ok good! Well he is coming tomorrow with my girl best friend."

"Cool!"

"Alight let's introduce you to everyone" I say.

I introduce him to everyone. Even the girls were here. Like Lexi, Leyli, Isabella and Tracy.

"So Tyler.. Do you want to hang out with us?" Nash asks.

"Yeah sure" Tyler says.

We head back to the hotel and decide to go to the pool. The girls and I get ready in my room and the boys get ready in whatever room. All the bikinis we had on were beautiful.

Isabella- strapless, purple top and black bottoms. A white plain tank top and jean shorts to cover up and dark colored rainbows (A/N if you don't know what rainbows are.. they are just flip flops)

Leyli- spaghetti strap, rainbow tie dye top and bottoms. Black tank top and jean shorts to cover up and light colored rainbows.

Lexi- thick strap, yellow top and bottoms. Black and white tank top and jean shorts and braided strap rainbows.

Me- strapless, black top and hot pink bottoms. A muscle shirt that says "can you not" with jean shorts and tan colored rainbows.

"We are meeting them up there. They went already because we took too long" Isabella says.

We head up to the pool. Non of the boys noticed we were here. We took off our cover ups and jumped in.

"Shit you scared us" Cameron says.

"You should pay attention to your surroundings baby" I say then I kiss him.

We stayed at the pool for a while longer and everyone started getting hungry. We walked to Taco Bell and all I got was a Baja blast and cinnamon twists.

We were done eating and we went back to the hotel. We just say around on our phones and did nothing.

"I'm gonna take a shower!" I yell.

I was done taking a shower and I forgot my clothes in the room and everyone is there. Dammit!

Everyone is there but they are all focused on their phones. I try to stay as quiet as possible so I can grab my clothes and run. I walked over to my suitcase and I stubbed my toe against Cameron's suitcase. Then everyone's eyes were now on me.

"Well hello there" Taylor says while smirking.

"Sup" I say back and run back to the bathroom. I changed and got out, I had on sweatpants and a sports bra. I don't really care what I'm dressed in. It's hot!

We watched 2 movies and in the middle of the movie we all fell asleep.
