First I just want to say thank you to all who reads this. I'm so happy that you guys like it. I know that there are lots of spelling mistakes, but I'm doing my best (I'm from Denmark, so English isn't my mother tongue).
I know the plot is a little thin, but I just LOVE the idea about this whole Merthur love tragedy, with Gwen in the way (I like Arwen and Gwen, but not as much as I love Merthur). So I hope you're not getting to disappointed when this ends out.
Okay, I'll stop now:)

Merlin opened the door to Arthurs chambers without knocking. Arthur sat in his chair and was talking to Gwen who sat on the table. He quickly looked up when Merlin came in, gathered all the papers on the table and threw them on the chair before sitting down on them. "Merlin your idiot. Why can't you knock"? He said angrily.
Merlin just stood in the doorway, boiling with rage. Not only was he in love with Gwen and not him, but they also kept secrets from him. Merlin bit his lip to keep his anger in. "Sorry Sir" he mumbled.
Gwen looked worried at him. "Be useful for the first time in your life and go wash my clothes" Arthur said. Merlin was close to just go over and smash him one on the head. "Yes Sire" he repeated.
He turned to the door, but then looked back. "It's a hot day".
Arthur looked up. "What?".
I think you should drink something" Merlin said.
Arthur furrowed his brows. "Alright"?Merlin went over to the water pitcher. He made sure that Gwen and Arthur couldn't see what he was doing when he held some of the green liquid from the bottle he had taken from Gaius earlier, down in the goblet. Then he poured some water from the pitcher down in it. The green mixed with the water and then the colour disappeared and it only looked like water. Merlin turned to the King. "Here you go Sire" he said and put down the goblet.
Arthur nodded and looked at him with something in his eyes that Merlin couldn't quite read. Merlin looked back at him and imagined all the things he could do to harm this man. This snake. "My clothes" Arthur said slowly.
"That's right".
Merlin slowly turned to the door. What a shame that he wouldn't be around to watch him die. He took the basket with the dirty clothes and turned to the door, when he heard a little bump and a girly scream. "Oh god, I'm so sorry" Gwen said.
Merlin turned and saw that the candle on the table had fallen. The flame was hungrily eating the papers. Arthur quickly took the water and threw it on the fire there quickly died. Merlin threw the basket away in anger. Why couldn't the man just die?
