Sherlock froze in his spot. He didn't comprehend what was happening and he didn't want to.
Crimson looks at him slightly apologetically as she didn't calculate how the information will affect him. She looks at him for a while before she stands up and grabs his hand. Sherlock was in too much shock that he didn't notice he was being dragged to his room.
By the time they make it to the bedroom, Sherlock snaps his head at her and in his eyes she can see the confusion and hurt.
"According to the Christian beliefs, there are supposed to be seven seals. When the horsemen arrive that means the first four have been opened." She says guiding Sherlock to his bed.
"Metaphorically, I will not let that man drag us into the 'apocalypse'. Now that you know, you must let me continue what I've started. I know things are going to get bloody and I'm not expecting to make it out alive," She says combing through his hair, soothing him in a way that no one else has ever done before.
"Goodnight, Sherly." She says attempting to leave on for Sherlock to grab her arm, preventing her from doing so.
"Stay," Sherlock croaks as he snuggles into his bed more comfortably.
"What if your boyfriend comes home and catches us," she smirks mischievously as she crawls over to the other side of the bed.
"He's not my boyfriend, he's my blogger. Now you shut your pretty mouth up-"
"The great Sherlock Holmes thinks I'm pretty? Why this is like winning an Oscar. What happened to the old 'Sentiment is a chemical defect on the losing side'?" She questions playfully as Sherlock wraps one arm around her waist and the other by her head, pulling her closer to him. Her face pressed against his broad, slim chest as they instantly calm at one another's touch.
"I'm not afraid to lose, not in this game," Sherlock says drowsily. Crimson's eyes shot open at his statement and her heart starts beating faster, she calms herself down to make sure Sherlock wouldn't notice.
"Goodnight, Sherly"
"Goodnight, Max"
