Ahhhh.... I can scream for days.. Out of excitement! I am so happy I can barely contain myself. Last night was epic, Lio has me in a trance at least that's how it feels. I mean seriously? I've been waiting forever for that type of action (from him of course). He never seemed to be interested in me like I am in him.

Deep breath Mirani deep breath... Now release....

As you can see, I am so nervous... Who am I kidding I'm dying here!! Lio asked me out today on a date and it's all I've ever wanted but now that it's happening I don't know how to act.

Man.. I don't know how everything turned out this way but I'm not complaining. Right now I have no doubts as to how I feel about Mimi. I definitely don't see her as a sister I don't really think I ever have. I love everything about her, from her childish tantrums to the smell of shampoo on her hair... I can stare into her eyes forever, she truly is beautiful. I don't know what took me so long to realize how much I like Mimi but today I'm finally going to ask her to be my girlfriend...

I walk next door to pick up Mimi.. Not going to lie but for the first time ever I am extremely nervous and anxious to see Mimi... When I reach her door step I recollect myself I take a deep breath... (knock knock) I'm sure it only took her about thirty seconds to open the door... But it felt like an eternity....

Mimi opens the door with a cute but shy smile and barely looking at me, she steps out. I reach my hand out to hold hers, when I notice she is wearing a similar bracelet to the one I bought in the beginning of the school year... I say similar because I brought it to school and apparently I misplaced it because I never found it again. I stop and look at Mimi because I really need to know from who or where she got it from.

Me: umm.. Hey Mimi... I'm not trying to be weird or anything... But can I ask you something?

Mirani: (looking a bit puzzled) uh.. Yeah sure what is it?

Me: Where did you get that bracelet?

Mirani: (embarrassed) oh.. Uh.. Umm.. William gave it to me when he asked me to the Fall dance... Why?

Me: (blood boiling) Ohh.. Really?? I was just wondering... But forget it that's history.. (As I reach into my pocket for my keys)...

Mirani: I'm sorry... I really just wore it because it matched my outfit..

***We both pause***
We look up at each other and...
**Now our jaws drop**

The lock on my keychain is flashing... But that's not all... Mimi's key on her bracelet is lighting up as well... They're flashing the same color and at the same pace... Mimi takes my keys with the lock and takes the key from the bracelet and when she slides the key into the lock... It is the perfect fit.. Not only is it the perfect fit but it actually opened the lock..

Ok this is crazy so it turns out the lock keychain wasn't broken and the short guy with the big nose was not actually a nut job? So is this telling me.. my true love has been by my side this whole time? (I can't help but laugh)... I'm an idiot.. No other explanation...

I don't really know what all this means. I feel like I'm in some type of drama, seriously. Is this a sign of some sort? The look on Lio's face is priceless... He looks shocked, a bit happy and somewhat confused... I'm just happy Lio finally likes me, this is a dream I don't want to wake up from...

We continue to the car both in complete silence... It's starting to feel a bit awkward to be honest, but it's okay... Lio must have his reason. I'm still wondering why he was so interested in the bracelet and also why did the key match his lock...

Lio turns on the radio and changes the station to 100.5... He knows I love me some country music... I relax myself and just enjoy the ride...

Fifteen minutes later....

We arrive at the roller skating rink, I love it here! It's the perfect first date, at least I think it's going to be.

We stop at the entrance counter and pay our way in... Lio looks kind of out of it... I hope his mood changes and he's able to enjoy himself. We're walking towards the roller skates rental kiosk when we run into Mandy. She's accompanied by her popular girls' squad. Can't help but roll my eyes.. I don't like where this is going...

Mandy: Ohhh! What do we have here? Besties going skating? (twirling her finger and flickering her eyes.)

Lio: uh... Hey Mandy we're just here to have a good time.. I see you as well...

Mandy: I'm just hanging with the girls, I would be having a better time if I were with you.. (disgustingly winks)

Lio: haha always a sweet talker... Well I'll see you around, have fun.. ( signals me to follow)

Mandy: Wait! So Mirani why do you always follow Lio around? You should let the guy breathe a little... I think you're making it difficult for him... Honestly...

Me: (oh this stupid witch) See I don't tag along sweetie... There's a difference between when a guy looks for you and when you're slobbering over one.. Who isn't the least bit interested in you... It makes you look nee...

Interrupted by Lio literally picking me up and taking me with him...

Ughhh.. I'm so livid right now.. I need to cool off.. "Put me down! I'm fine really.. I'll just go to the bathroom," trying to sound convincing. "Alright I'll just go get us a drink," he smiles.

Dang Mandy's really a bitch.. I don't even know why I would ever think she's a good person. You know what..?... Whatever, Let me just get these drinks and make the best out of my time with Mimi. Wow I really li.....

Shit seriously? Out of all places he had to come here? I'm starting to question my fate.... I swear love can't honestly be this complicated.... Can it? I can't help but approach this asshole... It's a never ending fuse with this dude...

Me: I'm actually glad I ran into you.. ( not in a happy jolly way)

William: I can't say the same...

Me: Do you make it a habit of taking things that don't belong to you?

William: What the hell are you talking about?

Me: Let me refresh your damn memory... ( I'm pissed right now).. Alright that bracelet you gave Mirani.. Where the hell did you get it?

William: Seems like you already know.... Why are you asking?

Me: So you mean to tell me that you're that opened to being first an asshole and also a thief? I'm starting to lose my patience with you dude..

William: You want to play the hero but have you told Mirani how she ended up in the hospital?

Me: Are you serious right now? It's all because you couldn't keep your filthy hands off her and caused her to get hurt.... And like a coward left her there!!! If I hadn't found her only God knows what would've happened to her!!

Mirani: So.. That's how I ended up in the hospital? (With tears rolling down)

Me: Shit! This is not how today was supposed to go.. Damn! (focusing my attention on William) I'm giving you this last chance to walk away before I break your neck.... (fist clenching)..

Mirani: (walks up to William) I can't believe you tried to fool me.. You're such a jerk!! ( hand goes full force to William's face) I hate you! I don't ever want to see you again!! (she grabs my hand and pulls me with her).
