7 months later...
"Why do you have to go?" Mirani sadly asks Lio. "Why now? Why so soon? We've only been dating for about seven months now this isn't fair"! Lio can see the sadness in Mirani's eyes. "Mimi I'll only be gone for three months I promise to write to you everyday." Lio has never been the studying type. So enlisting in the military was his best option at least that's what he thinks.
Mirani: I'm scared you'll forget me. (tearing up)
Lio: Mimi that's not possible I love you. Please stop thinking like that. I'm not a guy who is easily moved... You have all of me..
Mirani: I love you, just remember that back home you have me waiting for you.
Mirani's phone beeps. Lio picks it up.
