josh and tyler: *make like two videos in this entire fic*

logic. but no no they're gonna make more videos soon, i promise. well, maybe.

"you're really cute when you sleep," josh mumbles to a sleeping tyler that lies on his chest.

"your cute little nose flares slightly with every breath, and you just look so serene, it's adorable," he continues.

"and whenever i rub your back, you sigh and smile, and it makes my heart hurt from how cute you are,"

he rubs tyler's back, causing the boy to shift slightly, sigh happily, and then smile in his sleep.

josh coos at the boy, before continuing to compliment his sleeping frame.

"oh, and gosh, your bum," he laughs,

"your position makes it pop out a bit, and it looks so soft and squishy, but i would never touch it whilst you were sleeping, don't worry," he kisses tyler's forehead, reminiscing the time he grabbed tyler's phone from his back pocket, and scolding himself for getting out of hand.

"i really wish our first kiss didn't happen the way it did," he mumbles,

"i promise, one of these days, i'm going to give you the best kiss of your life, after you have consented one-hundred percent," he smiles down at the sleeping boy.

"as long as i'm around, baby, you're gonna be treated like a king,"

"hm?" tyler shifts, cracking an eye open,

"what'd you say?" he asks, his voice merely a whisper as he has just woken up.

brushing his hair off of his forehead, josh shushes him,

"nothing, go to sleep, love,"

tyler positions himself so he's laying completely on top of josh, resting his chin on josh's chest and looking him in the eye,

"can't sleep now," he says, suddenly wide awake.

josh laughs at the adorable boy's wide eyes, as he caresses his cheek,

"hey, how about we go on our date later today?"

a look of excitement crosses tyler's features,
