Mike's cold laughter trickled the through the air, sending a shudder through me. I felt my thrist for blood increase as he teased me. Luhan! My eyelids started to flutter causing a blurry looking room to now be the only thing I could see. Luhan! My mind called once more till now even the once fuzzy looking blur wasn't visible.
---Cat's Pov---
"Robin! I've missed you!" My arms flew around him as I embraced the messy two-year old in a hug. "Lat!" His chubby arms wrapped themselves around my neck.
"Oh, Cat you're back." Mom was wearing her favourite patterned aporn, it was a brightly coloured purple aporn that had over-sized strawberries on it. "We've missed you!I'm just about done with the pancakes, would you like one?" An image of her perfect homemade pancakes briefly flashed in my mind;making me drool. Within seconds I had lifted my adorable 2 year old brother off the floor and hastily made my way into the kitchen.
Mom was now serving up the mouthwatering pancakes.She drizzled cream on the top and finshed off the masterpiece with a cherry on the top.
The delicious smell of the pancakes teased my nose she handed both me and Robin a plate a warm smile on her lips as she watched us tuck into the meal. "More!" Robin shouted banging his clumsy hands onto the counter top demandingly. "Oh gosh!I better call your father before the two of you finish the rest!"
"Matt!" There was no response, instead all that was heard were the heavy footsteps coming down from the stairs.
"What is it honey?" His eyes were squinted and his brown locks messily sat on his head going in various directions. "I made pancakes! Would you like one dear!" He strolled to the counter dragging his feet beneath him before he planted a kiss on mom's cheeks, causing a deep red blush to hit her cheeks."Eww."
"Yes please." Dad said as he took a seat at the counter side beside me and Robin.
"I've missed you so much!" His hand irritating me as it raffled my hair. Mom served him one of her delicious homemade pancakes, again accompained with lovely whip cream and finished with a strawberry on top. Before serving herself a pancake topped with whipped cream and a strawberry and then sitting beside Dad on the counter.
"Sweety, I and your Mom are going out for dinner tonight . Would you please look after your brother?" Dad's bright red eyes full of hope.
"Fine. But can I invite one person round to help me please? "
"Hmm" He began as he looked over at the stove.
"Yes, you can dear."
"Thanks Mom." I knew exactly whom I was going to invite.
Me: Hi
Luhan: Hello
Me: Are you free today? Do you wanna come over?
Luhan: Sorry babe. I got something I have to do today. Love you.xxx
Me: Aww okay. It's fine. I love you too.xxx
Well, that didn't exactly go as I had hoped,aww well.It was as if a light bulb had been switched on. I had an idea.
Me: Hey Kai
Kai: I'm good.
Cat: Do you wanna come round to my house? I've got to babysit and I don't think I can do it alone!!! -_-.My brother's too energetic.
Kai: :D What time do you think I should meet you?
Me: Now please! My parents will be leaving in like an hour.
