anger

I read somewhere,

'We should experience anger

To fully appreciate the

Peace and serenity of life'

(Can you see the stupid look on my face?)

Anger does not

Begat

Peace and serenity

It may begat

High blood pressure

Yelling matches

Fights

Heart attacks

But

Peace and serenity

Unless you consider that quiet time

When you ponder the

Consequences

Of your actions

Words said in anger

Cut deep

Hurt

Scar

And cannot be taken back

Actions taken in anger

Can hurt

Confuse

Alienate

Destroy

And the consequences

Pain

Injury

Death

And even War

Can be Far Reaching

And Permanent

But of course we have

Peace and serenity

To look forward to

RIGHT

After all

The Earth has enjoyed

A Whopping

40+ Days

Of peace since the beginning of

World War II

I wouldn't take a bow

My thought on this

'I don't need anger to enjoy the

Peace and serenity I have in my life'

And you can quote me on that
