She comes in, cow boots, a nice floral dress and all. No makeup, but a cowgirl hat. Also, she comes in holding her baby brother, Dakotah. Only 10 months old, she claims he loves One Direction music. Lets see if Arbor loves that Louis Tomlinson slipped his phone number in her One Direction book.
