Juliet's POV:
I scanned the aisle looking for something not overrated like the dumb animal crackers my roomate, Sandy, bought all the time.
Aha! Last pack of Oreos.
I mean, being in college is already hard enough. Feeding yourself nutritious food? Bull.
I grabbed the blue package, crinkling the wrapper. Before i could pick it up, a large hand swatted my package away.
I held on to the package. What the heck? I had it first.
I looked at the guy who was pulling it towards him. Beach blonde hair, and piercing blue guys.
Holy smokes, this is your Oreo package. The last one. No way in hell was i letting this boy getting it.
"Let it GO!" He yelled, squeezing his eyes tight, and pulling harder.
"It was MINE!" I yelled back.
"SO?"
"SO?! I'm in college! Don't you think i deserve some junk?"
He let go of the package, and shot me a sweet smile. "Really? I'm going to college soon."
"Oh. So this is your summer break?" I asked, putting my package of Oreos in the shopping cart.
"Yup." He said, popping the p.
"Cool." I smiled, looking into his eyes. Man, he was cute.
"Okay well, i better go." He said, pointing behind me.
I frowned. "Okay."
"PSYCH!" he cried, pulling the Oreo package out of the cart, and running.
"HEY!" I screamed, grabbing my purse from the cart and dashed after him.
"THEY'RE MINE NOW! MUHAHAHAHAHA!" I heard him scream, jumping high like a leperchaun.
He ran speedily, carefully making his way around the aisles, and pumping his fist in victory.
I took a easier way, cut through an aisle, and made it right in front of him as he ran.
He screeched when he saw me, and turned back, shocked.
"Weren't you chasing behind me?"
"Idiot." I grinned, grabbing the package, and running towards the checkout line.
"Hey wait! I have an idea!" An Irish voice rang behind me. I turned around as speedy as light.
"How about I take you to another store so we can both buy Oreos, and maybe sit down and eat them together." He winked.
Heres my chance to take the Oreo package, and run away again. I thought planning an escape route, smiling.
"Are you coming?" He yelled.
I looked to see him already walking out of the grocery store. I took a deep breath, and hurried my 16 year old butt next to him

"Good Oreos." Niall proclaimed, taking another cookie from the package and crunching it in his mouth.
What if this guy was going to end up being my husband or something? Or my boyfriend? I imagined us snuggling at prom.
UGH. I shook my gross thoughts away.
"So. Niall Horan, huh." I said.
"So. Juliet Jasper, huh." He said back.
I giggled.
"What are you hobbies?" I asked, then covered my mouth with my hand. Ur...why did i always have to ruin something?
He laughed. "I love singing, eating, and i love football."
"Don't you ever get smacked with that pesky brown ball?"
"What brown ball? Don't you mean the ball...that you kick?"
I was so confused now. Oh. Oh okay. I see. "Oh. You mean soccer?"
"Whats that?"
"Nevermind. Where are you from?" I asked.
"Ireland."
"Oh! That's why. I am so less confused now."
We both laughed at my stupidity.
I had a feeling this boy...was...well just for me.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"It was really nice meeting you. Thanks for the...Oreos." I laughed shaking his hand.
He shot me a toothy grin, and handed me something.
"Maybe we can go get Oreos another time, Juliet."
And with that, he left. Leaving me with only a slip of paper with his phone-number on it.
